Motivated to utilize his medical and legal knowledge and skills to assist others, Dr. Chou established the law office in 1992. The goal is to use insights in both medical and legal fields to better resolve medicolegal problems. Dr. Chou has authored and lectured in the medicolegal arena and continued to improve his skills by practicing law and medicine.

Business Owner
Dr. Chou graduated from UCLA with a B.A.degree in Biochemistry. He received his M.D. degree from the University of Illinois, Chicago. He had post-doctoral training at U.S.C. Medical Center. He later graduated from Loyola Law School and worked at Kirtland and Packard for his legal training.
