The owner is a really bad. There cockroaches in kitchen walking around. I know people that work there and they tell me bad things about how they make there food. I’ll rather go to jack in the box.

Excellent weekend value 99cent burgers on Saturday and Sunday. Mexican food is good as well. Usually will have some kind of sporting event on the television.

Great food! Fish tacos are good. Good Mexican food. Menudo was delicious. Fast service done with a smile. Highly recommend for fast food!

Went there to finally try this place out since its down the street from home and ordered me a bacon cheese burger. Burger had no flavor what so ever and the fries seemed like they were sitting there for a while and cooked twice just to hand them to me hot. Super hard, crunchy and dry. Very disappointed

Ok let me say this I have been here plenty of time because it is by the house and the after 3pm special are great food is average and they have raised the prices. Here is the best part so I ordered the Chicken Flautas special expecting the flour tortilla. Here is why, on the same page there is a taquitos special. So low and behold they bring me beef taquitos. So I question it and the server or cashier said those are the chicken Flautas i said no these are beef taquitos she said nooooo. BAD SERVICE and not willing to correct it is even worse!
Second failure/​deception came when I ordered the Mexican pack it has 5 burritos and 5 tacos. I asked for shredded beef… now instead of saying we dont have shredded beef she gave me carnitas or pork like i would not know the difference. This shows a complete disregard for their customer and my personal feeling was does she think I’m stupid.
Oh and another fun experience when you order combos with a drink and they fail to tell you the soda machine is broken prior to the sell… again deceptive!!!
I really want to like this place but the night staff needs to be changed. I like the food and it close to the house but so is so many other places.

I was visiting a friend of mine and I had a craving for a burger and fries. She suggested this place, so I gave it a shot. I am very impressed! I am a picky eater, and most of the time my ordering is complicated. They got my order right, and it was delicious! The french fries were not only delicious, but they were served piping hot! The workers were all very pleasant too. I’ll definitely be back for more :)

Family owned diner close to my work. I go here often for the breakfast burritos and salsa. It’s nothing special but for what it is, I’m glad this restaurant is down the street.

First and foremost, I LOVE THIS PLACE. Secondly, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EATING HERE! I work just down the street and frequent Prontos at least once a week. Great deals, truly friendly service, and they make their orders really quickly (living up to their name).
They have just about everything you could ever want on the menu. From authentic Mexican food, to American style breakfast, chili dogs, and bacon avocado burgers, Prontos has just the item you’ve been craving.
I don’t usually write reviews but I genuinely want to help out this spot. They’ve been nothing but reliable and accommodating and always greet me with a smile.

My chilaquiles breakfast sucked. It was salty, beans looked like there were out a can I wanted this place to so good because there are no good mexican spots around and I guess there still is not

Just got a GREASY Double Cheese Burger.
Not Bad !! They have other great specials too.
