This low rating is directed at the admin office, not the movers themselves. During my move, the building stairs got damaged – the Remington movers took responsibility immediately and the photo and report of the damage occurred on the spot as well. The move and damage occurred June 2015… it is now almost February 2016 and the situation is still unresolved. The main complaint, is not about how long the process has taken, but about the fact that the office, specifically Kim McNair, has been completely unhelpful and very slow to respond to phone calls, texts and e-​mails to the point that it seems as though they are purposely avoiding and ignoring the correspondence. It’s completely rude and unprofessional and borderline fraudulent. I feel bad giving a bad review for the sake of the movers themselves, but the company leadership seems to need some serious overhaul and refresh to learn how to conduct better business and customer service practices.

Remington has moved us twice now, and both times they’ve made the whole moving process so much more bearable than I’ve experienced with other movers. They took great care with our things, told us what they were doing every step of the way and were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Couldn’t recommend more!

Seemed like a very nice crew, unfortunately they are not so careful to move stuff un assemble and assemble furniture and the worst part they become magicians by dissapearing your furniture and art. Would never use or recommend again. How sad!

I didn’t know a moving to use until Remington was recommended by a co-​worker. Jesse and Craig was absolutely awesome. They came in ready to work and were polite, courteous, and professional. These guys have to be the hardest working movers in California. Everything was packed, stacked, and moved without a hitch. They removed all the junk, furniture, and trash we didn’t take care of. The apartment was cleared out in no time flat. The delivery was absolutely perfect. Someday I hope to use them again; and if not, recommend them to someone else. Thanks guys for making my move as painless as possible.

I had used this company based on a recommendation from the apartment company in Pasadena where I was moving to. Remington sent two men and a teenager to perform the move. The teen mentioned that he was homeschooled and so would be able to work as a mover during the week. Labor law concerns aside, the movers managed to scuff or damage just about all of the furniture that they moved for me most of it minor scuffs but not one piece arrived unscathed. This would make sense if they were inexpensive, or rushed the move but they took a long time to perform the move and ended up costing quite a bit more than I’d expected. The worst part is that they cracked the screen on my new $ 2000 LCD tv after I’d asked them to be particularly careful with it. I filed a claim and they only offered me $ 60 to cover all of my damages. No insurance besides their 60 cents per pound coverage was offered. I wouldn’t recommend Remington to anyone that cares about the stuff they’re moving.

I would highly recommend them. I dealt with Justin to set up the move which went very smoothly. And Caesar and his crew did a great job of wrapping and moving everything out and putting it all back in my new place without a scratch on anything. I was very impressed with everyone. Thanks guys.

Dishonest and unscrupulous company, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY False claims, sand have very poor customer service and the owner /​manager lacks courtesy and thinks he is right about everything. Will not admit to wrongdoing. Plus I suspect the company is violating child labor laws. I hired remington service for 2 men to move my things and they sent 1 man and 1 teenager then, and when l called the office to address the discrepancy, the person at the office proceeded to argue with me inspite of the obvious deceit. Reminds me of the store owners in downtown LA garment district, just shady arrogance like we are in a bazaar market. BEWARE !!! Save yourself from this treacherous company. Check the BBB rating, that will be an eye opener. Plus, I suggest you see other people’s horror stories and 1star reviews. The 1 star reviews are more detailed, informative and give you a glimpse into what is likely in store for you, should you dare to use this company.

Sam Mitchell with Remington made my day. I called on a Monday and the move took place in a Wednesday. We had a small, but of family sentiment, load to send to Fresno and I was totally satisfied. The guys were prompt on both ends. I have no complaints and recommend Remington for you moving needs.
