We bought a new home which had Richard Marshall floors. They were breath-​takingly beautiful. Then we moved in. The floors scratch, fade, and crack. They recommend that you have them «reconditioned» once a year which we have tried to do, but they only have one guy that does this and it seems he is always out of town. We have tried to schedule getting our floors done several times, but they don’t call back. These floors are beautiful but high maintanence and from a company that is difficult or impossible to work with. I would definitely not recommend these floors.
