The company has grown significantly and covers clients across the country. Our Company abides by federal and state guidelines, provisions, and laws applied to taxation. We extend franchise possibilities to potential candidates who are qualified and interested in starting their own business. Our goal is to continue to serve our clients and our investment will always be our service.

This place is great for the unemployed because they have all the time in the world to wait for the tax preparers to call on them. I’m not sure why it’s so hard to schedule everyone according to their waitlist. We were new to this location and we were given the option of coming back 2 hours later and they’ll take us on. That wasn’t the case when we came back. We continued to wait an additional 2 hours and we still haven’t been called upon. Every time we asked how much longer it’ll be, the usual response is «15 minutes» — an hour has passed the last time you said 15 minutes. If they can’t count their time correctly, how can they count your taxes correctly?
The time we came here, there was a lady that was after us. She was taken on right away before us — how the f is that possible? That just seems like this place favors repeat customers and disregards new customers. There’s a reason why your business started a waitlist — follow it. We just bolted even after waiting 5 long hours. FIVE F ING HOURS and they had the audacity to say, «5 more minutes». You just lost a corporation tax return filing.
If you are a new account/​customer with Ritax, Inc — I strongly suggest you head over to another tax preparer because you’ll at the very bottom of the ladder to even see the tax accountant. I believe it’s better to look for an accountant that you can schedule an appointment with.

My co-​worker recommended this place to do my tax… I waited about 5 hours but it was worth it… theres no appointment… walkin only or drop off. Rosa was great!!!

They got things done. But you have to wait, every time I go there I have to wait at least and hour (even when I called ahead for the appointment), last time I got really mad that I waited over 2 hours then finally get to see Lupe, and all she told me was drop off these papers and they ll call me.. All that wait …
Then this time lupe told me to drop off the papers and she ll call me in few days. Never heard back from her. … And this is not the first time this happens I had to keep calling back myself.
If I hadnt already started off all papers here, I definitely gonna find other place that can do the same thing here (immigration files) … And hope for a better service, and hope the workers know how to follow up or atleast keep their words
In summarize… IF YOU DONT HAVE TIME TO KILL, DONT FILE YOUR PAPERS HERE!

Rosa is great, but waited for HOURS to get our taxes done. Our number was 13 and it took 8 hours to finally get called. I swear they skipped us and kept serving others. Not right.

This place is great! They have amazing customer service and treat you like family every time you walk in the door. I’ve never met such friendly tax personnel in my life. They work with you the best they can to try to get your taxes the best they can get them. When I leave here, I can leave with confidence knowing someone did all they can do! Not just simply go through the motions like other places. This is a MUST if you want your taxes done correct and in a friendly manner. I get my taxes done by Lupe every year, shes a wonderful lady, who does an outstanding job! I would definitely recommend her!

I’ve been getting my taxes done here for a few years now, after my last guy really screwed up! Lupe and her people really went above and beyond to help me understand what needed to be changed and get my full return back.
There is a bit of a wait, sometimes up to an hour but if you don’t need to talk to anyone right away you can just drop them off and either come back that same day or the next. Great and knowledgeable service I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Love love love their service! Everyone is friendly and caring. Not only do they try to get you the most money but they help in every way possible. My mom has been going here since I was a kid and now my husband and I go here. Rosa, Lupe, Citlali and Julie are all so kind and helpful! Would definitely recommend this place!

Doing my taxes at Ritax every year has been a seamless and smooth process. Yes there is a wait, but it is well worth it! If waiting isn’t your thing, swing by, drop off your taxes and come back a couple days later! Simple as that, great business that cares about its clients.

No customer service. We’ve been here almost four hours watching people walk in get taxes done and walk out, yet they say there are no appointments. Then they must be «friends» of Rosas. We Have done our taxes here for years… as I sit here writing this, I know this will be the last year we come here. Not so much as a water or coffee offered! Never again!!!

I havent found a good tax person in years, I have been jumping around from tax person to tax person. But Rosa did a great return for me this year. Yes there is a short wait. but it was definetly worth it. The cost to do my taxes was more fair than the person who did my taxes last year. Overall, I am very pleased to be getting some funds back in my pocket this year!

Ive been doing my taxes here for a couple of years now and i havent had any complaints about my taxes being done. The only thing is the wait is long and the place is small. What i have learned to do is just to go in and drop off my paper work and pick up after no more than 2days. There still is a wait to pick up but its no more than an hr beats waiting 3+ hrs thou.
