Robertson Garage Doors

Just had a great experience with Robertson Garage Doors. I called them because I had an emergency, a couple of panels were off the track and the door open. I spoke to Brian who said that it was kinda late in the day, and that they were pretty booked for tomorrow, but he understood that it was I was in a hard place and he’d see what he could do. A couple on minutes later Brian called me back stating that he was on his way. Brian came and was very pleasant, he repaired my door and didn’t try gouge or up-​sell me.

Brian is a Godsend! One side of my garage door came off of the track, pushing the rail/​track out on the other side, and the cable got twisted up. Basically a hot mess! After no word from a well-​known garage install/​repair co that starts with an «M», I called Robertson and was greeted by a very pleasant Brian who made my problem sound like a breeze to fix. He got to my house in less than an hour of my call and had my door working like new in less than an hour. I called around previously and got estimates ranging from $ 300-​$ 600 (new door pricing), but Brian didn’t charge me anywhere close to that. I just knew I was going to need a new rail or two — nope! If you want an honest, reasonably priced professional to service your garage needs, call Robertson!

I was having issues with my garage door. It would go down and immediately come back up. I called these guys because I saw their previous reviews on Unilocal.I have to say, I’m glad I did. Brian came out and he was very helpful. I’m always weary of repair people who try to run up your bill but he was nothing like that, a genuinely nice guy and very easy to work with.

This is great little operation, I have rental property and the garage doors were a funny size. They custom built door to fit. They were clean worked well with me tenets. There is only one garage door co. in the South Bay for me. Thanks Blue and Brian.

I’ve needed help repairing my roll up garage door twice in the last two years, and am I glad I called the guys at Robertson Garage door. Blue, the owner came out the first time. He is as nice and honest a man as you will find. My door had come off the tracks because of something I had stored near the door shifted and got in the way. Blue repaired the door in about an hour. He lubricated the door, as well as my other garage door too. His prices were very reasonable.
Well I had another problem today, and called them back. This time they sent their ace tech Brian. Once again a super nice guy. Brian repaired the problem and replaces a few rollers got the door back into working condition in no time. Once again my doors got lubed after repairs were made.
