Nice & professional staff all around. Big comfy beds and pillows, they’re not stingy with their pillows, 4pillows each bed minimum. Very clean, great breakfast waffles and orange juice.

Our room was so nice and comfy, I got a two queen bed non smoking. The staff was super nice and helpful. And my room was always nice and clean when we would return. We were there for 3 nights. Left really happy!

So disappointed in this hotel. I stayed here for a week waiting for the keys to our new house.
First let me say it was decent in price and for what we payed i didnt think the hotel was too bad. 2 queens beds, make your own waffles in the morning at the breakfast counter, the room was cleaned daily. But yeah there was a stench. We asked for non smoking but im guessing although it says nonsmoking they dont enforce it.
Now heres the problem the first day maid service knocked can and asked we wanted our room cleaned. I refused seeing that we had just arrived and really there was no need. The next day we continued with our daily task. Came back at about 7pm beds made fresh towels. Everything was good. Next morning we are getting ready i go to look for my shirts and a few where missing. Think i must have left them in another bag i decided on another outfit. The next day same thing. I start to question my husband if hes taken any of our clothes to the car. He says no. By this time we need to do laundry. Me expecially. I was left with only 3 shirts. We wash. I go to the clothing store and buy myself some more plain black shirts. So seeing it was going to be Saint Patrick’s day in a couple days I pick us up some green shirts.
NOW THIS IS WHERE I WAS FUMING. THE NEXT MORNING 2 OF 4 SHIRTS ARE MiSSING. MY OLDEST SONS SHIRTS GONE. Are you kidding me! From inside the tied bag.

Can’t give better rating because I spent 7 hours from arrival at 5:15
departure at midnight, there in the dark with out electricity. We were told the Electric company was supposed to be there at 5 P. M Not necessarily their fault, but I don’t know why a private contractor could not be called, since the power had been off since 1:30 that morning! After 6 hours in the dark, we got the clerk to spend the next hour on the cell phone making a reservation at another location. I was promised there would be no charge at either location but that I would have to front the cost of the second hotel and that I absolutely would get all costs back plus additional compensation for our inconvenience. I cannot believe a major brand hotel could have been so poorly prepared for a total power outage. They gave us two candles and 3 hours later came up with a flashlight! We used our cell phones for light until they ran down and of course we could not recharge them without power. We could not even check in or get a room key due to power loss. Later, when I tried to get all that was due me, I was at first told no way was I going to get anything. Several calls later I was granted return of less than a third of the costs and no additional compensation. So much for trust.

Hotel was clean and free WiFi was provided. Did not appreciate having my drivers license being copied and placed in a file. Other than that service was friendly and had a good stay.

I’ve stayed here several times. It is not bad, all things considered. Pet peeve: They make a copy of driver’s license upon check in, but it is in that kind of neighborhood. Room was fairly large and clean. The a/​c worked great. The fridge was bit noisy, but just turned it off when went to sleep. Comfortable bed, nice pillows, linen smelled fresh. Had bit of a problem connecting to wifi, called reception, and I think they may have re-​set it, because I was able to connect within a few minutes, and it worked great once I logged on. 2^nd pet peeve is breakfast, which is ok if you like toast with butter, weak coffee, and no fruit. They do have waffle maker and packaged pastries.

This isn’t a bad place. It’s pretty decent, the rooms are nice looking, the cable is awesome, free wifi and the location is great. I did, however get a room with lots of cigarette burns in the comforter and the bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way. The pool is in a weird spot, tucked away in the corner and hidden behind parked cars. I went to do laundry just before 9am and realized they don’t unlock it until 9. I kindly asked a cleaning person if they wouldn’t mind unlocking it 5 mins early since they were right there. She denied me which was a little irritating but hey, who am I to have the rules bent for me? So, no big deal. I came back at 9:05 to find someone jumped on it and used the ONLY washer they have. Also, they don’t have detergent dispensors. Gah, oh well. Anyway, this is just my experience and it wasn’t terrible; it could just be better. I’d give them 4 stars if they have more than 1 washer & dryer.
