I shop here purely out of convenience(because I live right across the street), although they tend to have pretty good deals sometimes. But my MAIN qualm with this place is the lines! Oh dear god the horrible lines! They only ever have about 3 registers open, and forget about queuing up at the 15 items or less line — that’s just for show, lol. :-/Always problems with codes not working and things like that. Really wish the cashiers could move a bit faster, because during the rush hours, the customers that come throught end up buying the whole damn store(and yet they still only have a few registers open WTF). I’m just gonna assume it’s totally not the employees fault for these problems. It’s probably the result of sh*tty managers and supervisors. Although one time I was in awe when I saw a cashier talking on the phone while ringing some one up! But I’ve mostly dealt with some great, hardworking employees there. Otherwise, I’ve never had a problem with my groceries: dairy, meat, hot foods, & bakery stuff — all good! Managment get it together! Also, why does it take so long for you guys to come out when a cashier needs help???

I don’t know what’s more unprofessional. The employees or the fact that their debit card system is ALWAYS down. They let you get all the way to the cash register and then ask«Are you paying cash or card». Like you seen me standing in this long ass six flags line and then you decide to ask me? I rather just go a couple of blocks to Ralph’s POS store.

Lines are always long! Some times they have decent deals like 5 packs of water for 10. Fruits are decent and so are the meats… But the only real reason I gave it 2 stars was because they only have 2 registers open

They would get one star but they had a few good deals. I wanted to try the place out since their big on low prices, but I definitely will not be back. If you have to sacrifice quality for quantity I pass, especially when it comes to feeding the family. The juices and bread were a good deal but the vegetables and meat are of low quality. Thought I was trying to save a buck but I will go back to $ 200 grocery bills anytime. Their parking lot was outlined and designed by the contractors five year old, don’t know what kind of sense it makes at all. AND they did not sell my coffe cake I use to like here. I’M GOOD!

Great Mexican grocery store. The store is conveniently located in Crenshaw and Marine. It has a medium size lot and a decent amount of inventory, perfect for the community. Mainly carrying Latino products, coincide towards the local demographic. Despite the average size of the establishment, this place is packs a punch. Carrying sufficient size of bakery, providing several baked goods, cakes and desserts. They also have an amazing selection of fresh fruits and vegetable, very affordable. They do not offer organic product however, they carry most common fruits and vegetables. Meat and poultry selection here are up to satisfactory. They also supply an immense amount of cheese, Latino cheese mainly. One of the reason I enjoy coming here is not just because of the assortment of great product but also because they are very affordable. Great prices, and every three weeks they have great managerial offer. This establishment is very clean and the service here is fast. The only down side is that they do not carry an ample amount of wine, however they make it up with an immense amount of cheap beer.

Typical Superior. I came in here yesterday 7/18, and noticed there was some cashier having an phone conversation(her cell was lying flat on the surface) while she was supposed to be working. So unprofessional and ghetto.

I’ve been to this Superior several times. It smells fresh & looks well organized & clean. I always see staff working, hustling & bustling. The parking is split which is kind of weird and it’s almost like the building is facing backwards off of the street. You see the new sexy manager getting down & dirty helping the staff & the customers. The manager is very helpful & knowledgable. If I lived in the area, that Superior would definitely be on of my grocery store stops.

They have great prices on fruits and vegetables and have a great selection. I am super excited that we got one in the area.
