Jose Perez and Chris Lemus: you guys are the employee of the month! Thank you for helping me customize a rare piece that holds my bed frame together. Now this is real service with real talent… they deserve an award for creativity and best customer service ever!!!

This is my go to Home Depot to and from work. So much better than the one by my house. The employees here are very helpful. They always offering help. This store is always organized and clean.

Overworked staff, under or unsupported by Managment. I shop at Home Depots all over the country for work. After burning an hour waiting for paint today, I finally had enough. Possibly the worst Home Depot in the lower 48.

I went to HD to look for a few things I needed to fix my rusty 10 lb weights. Ron and Nayma provided excellent service to help me get what I needed.
Nayma helped me find the right brush I needed to scrub off the rust and she was so patient with me as she introduced me to Ron who then helped me pick out the perfect Rustaway paint.
They were both AWESOME!

this place really needs a remodel. going into the parking lot is not very inviting with the day laborers along the gate and inside the parking lot. the inside didn’t seems very organized and the aisles needed to be swept. got the 1 item i needed and did self checkout.

This review is for the awesome set-​up they have for Christmas trees. You locate your tree, let the staff know which one you want, pay for it in the store then return to a nicely cut tree trunk and netted for ease in taking home. They even have a pull up section where you can bring your car and they help you load it. Quick and simple!

I couldn’t believe how helpful the staff was. David upon checkout was able to finalize my checkout by reassuring me of some questions I had about my purchase. I was working on an emergency preparedness kit as well as a lawn and garden project. David reassured me I had the right tools and even made some additional suggestions for my project needs. Thank you David for all your help and thank you Home Depot for hiring such friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff! I will definitely be recommending this Home Depot location specifically as the «go-​to» place for my friends and family’s project needs.

I don’t ever buy anything for the house mostly just soda or water but i can say its clean and big… Not many workers actually working but some will assist if asked while others ask u all depends

This store had a product that was 50% off the price on the Home Depot website. When I found out about the deal, I called the store and they were so helpful. I believe I was helped by both Gina and Mack, and one other lady who’s name I forgot. Gina was thrilled for me that I was getting the patio set at such a steal, and helped me get it delivered to my home (within less than 24 hours) all the way in West Hollywood for a very reasonable price. Mack dealt with me being in a screaming/​cursing match with some jerks on the road, and was super calm and polite during the whole event, even acting like nothing crazy was happening. I didn’t even have to drive to the store to make the purchase. These people are unreal. Customer service like this is so rare these days. I hope they are treating their employees well, because they seem to be the best!
I can’t comment on the inside of the store or selection, since they were so 100% that I didn’t even have to go into the store!

I Bought 30 boxes of flooring and had it put on will call for a later pick up on the same day. I arrived with my guy to pick up my material and the young lady apologizes and says «It looks like someone bought your flooring because its not here and there are no notes in the computer.» It took everything out of me to not act Straight Outta Compton up in there. Long story short…30 min later my material was located… –1

The staff is always nice here, and I tend to find whatever I need.
There’s also day laborers looking for work too, but isn’t that at all Home Depots? LoL
Today the Sales Associate that helped me was Kyle. He was very friendly, helpful, and funny. He really made me laugh because he was saying how tall I was compared to him. But I’m always taller than or the same height as most guys I encounter. **I’m not saying my height tho.** If it helps Kyle said he’s 5’5″.
Nice place to pick up materials for your work projects.

The WORST customer service ever. It is unprofessional and rude to leave a customer on hold for over 15 minutes and it’s almost impossible to get a hold of anyone on the phone to check the status of my order. I have to mention that I ran into Emmalyn in the flooring department and I was almost ready to cancel the special order for my blinds but she was very nice and helpful and helped me finalize my order. Angel from the doors dept. was nice and helpful too. Finally! This has been the most long and frustrating process. I can’t say I’ll be back to this location as it seems there are a lot of inexperienced employees and they are understaffed. Management needs to step it up for sure.

I love this place they have everything that I need for a house project, employees are superb!!! You can ask them anything that you need to know. I love love their plants and flowers it’s way cheaper and fresh.

This is an old Home Depot that is sure, getting in and out of the parking lot is not the greatest. Inside the store is well organized and well lit but a bit confusing to find something since the isles are not really well labeled and the employees at the time were too busy talking to each other or quickly ducking down other isles so you couldn’t ask for their help.
After finding what I needed there was only one check out open which was busy and the self check out lines. The self check outs are great but if you have items like I did (bolts) that don’t have a bar code you end up standing a long time waiting for that one line with a cashier.

What a sketch Home Depot. It looks like a prison from the outside and the inside is the dirtiest I’ve seen.
Came here to duplicate a key at 7:50 pm and the employee questioned if we knew they close at 8pm. Making the key only took three minutes.
The girl who marked our receipt at the end said, «Bye pretty girl.»

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid. I always loved to go with my dad cause he’d get me those delicious hot dogs from the food truck!
Anyways, went back on Saturday to look for some artificial grass. I also came because I knew dogs were allowed and I wanted to socialize my new Husky puppy.
Employees were really nice and helpful. Plus they gave Boss tons of love. :D

The original Home Depot location in the South Bay area… from wow to meh in twenty years =\
Before the infestation of HD’s in every neighborhood, there were neighborhood hardware stores. Maybe an Ace, True Value, or Builder’s Emporium would be the big dog, but not much else. Lots of mom and pop stores with their niche specialties and good ol’ fashioned handyman advice.
In comes the HD steamroller. Prices so low that people flock to them like zombies, preaching the HD Kool-​Aid song. Yes, you have inventory 57 aisles deep. Low prices. Late hours. Sounds good, right?
Well yes and no. Corporate America is of course the destructor of Main Street. Sadly, it also leads us closer to the economic equilibrium that consumers demand. So it goes, and so is the reality of the consumer market.
When this HD was brand new, it was big, shiny, well stocked, and just plain über-​exciting. The spread of products was mind blowing, and everything was always in stock. People flocked from miles around to come here. There wasn’t even the Metro station across the street yet!
Ok fast forward to today. There are easily five HDs within fifteen minutes of here — all newer and shinier. This place has pretty much become a craphole. It is beat up. Nothing that you happen to need is in stock. The shelves are very disorganized with items in the wrong places (causing even more inventory problems), and the employees just don’t give a damn. In fact, they would rather you leave them alone, which is probably a good idea since they don’t know anything other than how to stand around faking busyness or gossiping about their baby daddy or something like that.
The parking lot is dirty, and it’s canted in such a way that 75% of the spaces put your car in danger of being pummeled by a runaway cart at any time. Nice.
Come here only if you have to. The location is horribly convenient to my office so I end up here a lot, but really not by choice. Best experience in the area will probably be at the newest HD in Signal Hill at 405 and Atlantic.
Or better yet, patronize one of the last remaining holdouts of independent hardware or specialty stores. They will surely thank you for it and appreciate the business!

Came here on the way back to another job. Thought it would be a quick stop. Stores is unorganized compared to other stores. After finally getting everything up to the register the cashier proceeds to open up each box and go thru them individually looking for stolen goods. She was super slow and was really embarrassing. Seriously there is nothing I want to steal from this store or be embarrassed. This is the last time I come to this location.

There is a reason Home Depot is voted Worst Service every year.
