The 5,000 square foot L’Cheriyve studio and 5,000 square foot warehouse is elegantly designed with numerous lounges or photography opportunities available throughout the space. Our studio can be rented with soft furniture, tables/​chairs and bar top cocktail tables or completely empty. Our rooms are all photography ready with custom painted walls and beautiful wainscoting trim. The floors are exquisite old world black bamboo wood or industrial custom studio paint.

Our spacious studio space offers a wide array of configurations perfect for Photography, Filming, Production, Special Events, Intimate Weddings, Bachelorette Parties, Conferences, Executive Meetings, Retreats, and Casting Calls. The studio is created with photographers is mind with a full professional lighting grid 100 amp electrical supply with over 50 outlets. The entire L’Cheriyve studio is set up with Wi-​Fi, Sonos sound, is blackout ready and has ground floor access so you can drive a car straight in. The studio includes enough space for a DJ and bartender, features club lighting and dance floor or easily accommodates banquet tables.

L’Cheriiyve Studio is a Unique, Exclusive, and PRIVATE Event Space that is perfect for rehearsal dinners, weddings, and all other celebrations and events. The photography studio was created as an «experiential studio» featuring Boudoir/​Dudoir/​Engagement/​Wedding Photography. During the week the studio is filled with Production, Film, Music, Fashion and Corporate Events. As more and more clients experienced L’Cheriyve they requested to host parties in the studio… so we opened for «private and exclusive» event rental 15 months ago and we are now booked most weekends for some of the funnest parties I have EVER seen. Business Owner

Yvette Poole, Managing Founder of L’Cheriyve, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her latest venture. As the founder of Yvette Poole & Associates she’s worked with countless individuals and corporations on developing individuals’ unique talents to help people be happier, more effective and more motivated in their jobs. Prior to launching her own firm in 2005, Poole enjoyed a lengthy career as a senior executive in the multi-​housing industry. She found that being a female executive in a male dominated boardroom was clearly an asset and believed in maintaining her femininity.

The daughter of an Air Force Officer, Poole moved extensively in her youth, teaching her adaptability and acceptance. Poole’s family life is equally dynamic– with her husband of 10 years she shares a blended family of seven children. This experience taught the partially reformed Type A woman to finally say, «Why take life so seriously? Have some fun» which lead to her desire to create L’Cheriyve!
