NIGHTMARE! Contacted Dean on or about August 17^th, 2015 to pick up three window screen and one 8′ x 5′ sliding patio door screen frame for re-​screening. That was the last I heard from them, despite over 20 messages, including emails. Their website is now down, as well as the website for the affiliated «My Guy Handyman Service». Their phone voicemail is full, not accepting messages. I now have to pay for all the frames from scratch. So, instead of using the existing frames, I now have to pay for everything. Estimates are about $ 340. At least they could tell me where to pick up my old parts. Run, don’t walk, away.

I have called both Dean and Rocky numerous times. I would like to get a door knob back that was taken when the back doors were installed. The installation seems fine, but the sideline opening doesn’t work correctly now. I am writing this review because I still have not heard from either of them. Dean set up a time to come to the house, I called at 9 am to see if he was still coming and somehow there was a mixup for which Rocky was extremely apologetic. I asked Rocky to call me when we could reschedule and it has been 9 days and I still have not heard from either person. I have gone by their business but have not seen either one there as well.
Please return the door knob, it should not have been taken in the first place. doreen moore.

I am very happy that Dean was able to install my front window in short notice and he was very professional. If you need window service, I highly recommend Dean.

Dean was personable, knowledgable and informative. I called him and he came to the house the following day to repair a challenging pocket door issue. He fixed it with the existing hardware and will be offering opportunities for a long term repair. Very reasonably priced and I highly recommend their services!!!

I have to tell everyone out there that Dean is fabulous, his engery is contagious and his work is impeccable. I found an ad for the window works and I am always Leary of new tradesmen that I have never used before, but Dean did not disappoint. I live in a condo and they are very strict with what we can do. Dean came out measured my two patio doors which are like French door, but any screen doors must be hung instead the unit. Well he made the custom fit doors work and they look just great.
Thanks Dean for the professional work. My neighbor liked my doors so much she also ordered one.
I would definitely recommend him to anyone that wants a job well done.

TERRIBLE!!! Dean came out right away measured all the screens for two mobile homes. he does not do the screens on site he said he would be back with a scheduled day. I called him to confirm the time we set and he rescheduled for a different day and never showed up I called him several Times during that day and he never return my calls. I had somebody else call and he picked up the call and said that his shop had been broken into and would be out at 2 o’clock never showed up then said that he’d be there at 6:30 never showed up then said he’d be back the next day never showed up and he seemed to have had several excuses which I call «my dog ate my homework» I was just fed up and just canceled. Very inconsiderate and disrespectful of my time. I didn’t like that I had to constantly call him and track him down.

I am responding to Dean’s response to my initial review which is an absolute joke when he says I cancelled half the order! Thats a flat out lie! I ordered approximately 20 screens from him and I canceled one custom sliding door screen which was about $ 275.00 because we felt the dogs would just destroy it and it was not a good investment. He behaves like a drug addict. Making excuses and flat out lies. The boyfriend said to call me and work it out. I was there each time he said he would be there. He said he was running a special so that is the deal he’s talking about. He gave us his «special». But beware of his special because any custom order he will jack up the price to make up for any «deals or specials». He also took my old screens and still has them. Don’t let him take your screens. Horrible business ethics. There are many Mobile screen company’s out there with the same pricing and do it right on the spot. Don’t waste your time with this poor businessman. Again he behave like a drug addict, one day he says one thing, the next day the story changes. He stood us up 3 times. Very poor business man. Bad excuses.
***my Third update… because of my review Dean calls me and leaves a message threatening voicemail trying to intimidate me by calling me derogative names «F…ing nut job» and threatens to sue me. He was the one that asked me to write a review when we were done. I agreed to all his terms and 3 different delivery dates. And all he had to do was deliver product on time and not give a customer the runaround and take up two peoples time waiting on three different days. His message makes it sound like he has been down this road before.

Dean the owner came out and gave us a free estimate on repairing our screen. He was friendly and very customer service orientated. He really knows his trade and was able to correct another issue we were having all free of charge. We really look forward to doing business with him again.

Absolutely great service. I had four screens needing to be rescreened. There is a small parking area next to the shop and as soon as I pulled in, the owner came out, introduced himself, and unloaded my damaged screens. The shop was immaculate. He measured the screens and then showed me his ad and deal coupon in a local advertising magazine, 3 screens repaired with the fourth free. The price was excellent, right within what I expected. He was very friendly and I found out that he is a former firefighter /​search and rescue. He and a group of men volunteer their services to do search and rescue operations in disaster areas around the world. The screens were done within a day and he volunteered to deliver them to my home since he lived nearby. All in all an excellent experience, and, most important, the screens were repaired beautifully.

First time to this shop to purchase three new window screens which was recommended to me by the Gardena Glass shop because they no longer do window screens. I met with the owner seemed like a charming guy and was quick to collect my old screens and offered me a great price for the three screens. This shop is what is needed in this area and because of his good prices and quality of window screen I believe this shop will be successful. I will visit this shop for future screening needs and because of their good prices and quality.

Really clean cut business. Custom made screens constructed by hand. Owner is a sharp tradesman, offering even more than quality screen work. His designs are quite clean and modern, offering the comfort of security with top materials, held in by sturdy rivets and quality screens durable enough to take the beating they get sitting outside in the weather. All while looking stylish and modern. Very professional, kind and caring owner, doing it right the first time. One walk into this business will prove to you they know what’s up, the shop is built beautifully. Everything organized and in order, the way it should be to keep a productive work place. Highly recommended for any window or door screen work.
