Majestic’s Hardware is located in Gardiner, NY, on the corner of Main St. (Rt. 44 – 55) and on Dusinberre Rd. since 1963. Majestic’s Hardware has been operating as a family owned and operated business since 1947, providing over 67 years of quality service and reputable products.

History

Established in 1947.

Starting as a General store before the birth of malls and big box stores, over the years we have slowly converted over to a dedicated Hardware Store. To this day we are still family owned and family run with 3 Generations in house. We Specialize in Toro mower and snow throwers, and STIHL Power Products Sales and Repair Service. We house a huge inventory of nuts and bolts, and Nails by the pound.

Carpet Cleaner rentals, Pittsburgh Paints, Plumbing, Fencing, Interstate Batteries, Oil Burner accessories, water heaters, sump pumps and well pumps.

We recognize the fact that it is hard to compete with the big box that seems to have it all but our shelves are stocked full and what our building lacks in size we make up for with service.

We are active in our community and work hard to know all of our customers by their first names. There is a reason why we have been in business since 1947 so come in and experience The Majestic Family Hardware!

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Born and raised in Gardiner N.Y. Ricks father George began the Hardware Store and at the age of 18 Rick started to take interest in the family business. He learned a lot about the business through his father and later opened his own propane delivery business while running the Hardware store at the same time. He is the definition of hard work and is a much respected figure head here in Gardiner. If he isn’t in the store he can be found fixing small engines or riding around on one of his John Deere’s moving dirt.

He is a much loved Husband and Father of two girls. A lover of animals and all things outdoors.
