Established in 2004.

Rustic Impressions Fine Handmade Rustic Furniture was founded in a small shop in Emeryville, California where I was employed as a furniture restoration technician doing sanding, gluing, conservator quality repairs and color matching. Also I did pick-​up and delivery of furniture as well as restoration repairs performed inside of the customer’s homes.

Business Owner

I am a woodworker with a degree in Art from the California College of the Arts in Oakland, California. Courses include drawing, painting, ceramics, illustration, drafting, rendering, life drawing, papermaking, printmaking and screenprinting. Upon graduating from college, I had many day jobs. I even worked in a carousel factory painting carousel horses until I was employed in furniture restoration, a dream job that was really wonderful.
