So here is the predicament I was in: my grandma called me frantic because she needed grass cut at her property and the people who were supposed to be doing it didn’t. I called all around with the help of my roommate and we tag teaming the task at hand.
Being out of town and trying to get grass cut proved to be difficult. My roommate called this number and he actually answered and took info at 1 am our time. To be fair we were calling around and leaving messages thinking nobody would answer but he did and we felt bad. He gave the impression that he had no problem with it and didn’t make us feel bad at all.
He said he would go and check the property after we informed him that the grass was knee high or so said my short grandma. He went out and drove past the property and called me to tell me how tall it was and what he needed to do to cut it. It was a bit more than he quoted based off what we told him but that was because we weren’t there seeing it. He texted me and said I am here and can cut it but this is what it would be. Still more than reasonable and he was out next day when other people wanted to put us on a waiting list.
He cut the grass and even sent me a picture to show me the after cut photos which was super nice since I am 1400 miles away. I gave him my card over the phone and he offered to send a receipt and even said he would go check on it in a couple weeks to let me know if it needed cut again. I told him to do that and not to take my pushy Italian grandmother’s money and he promised me he wouldn’t. He chatted with me a bit about the property and the people that took advantage of her and didn’t cut it.
Bottom line is he cut it for way less than he should have, offered amazing customer service knowing I was so far away and was there asap knowing how urgent it was. This was the best customer service I have had with a company I was dealing with remotely. I wholeheartedly recommend them for their professionalism and their speed! I usually only work with people who have reviews but im glad i made the choice to use you and could be your first review!!! Thanks so much Larry! I really appreciate all that you did.
