Great egg sandwiches! My wife and I are pretty particular with our food and the sandwiches we had at Parkside café were excellent. Combine that with friendly staff members and you will thoroughly enjoy the experience. Both women on duty made our espressos and sandwiches exactly the way we asked for them. We also bought their delicious homemade blackberry and apricot-jalapeño jam. A seldom awarded 5 stars!

This place was exactly what we wanted! Cute intimate local setting with delicious food and great service! I have been wanted eggs Benedict our whole trip and finally I got some and they were perfect! Great tea/coffee adorable, sweet woman running everything. You won’t be disappointed!

Stopped by for breakfast on the way to Tillamook. The place is small but exceptionally fun and friendly. Saw Chicken Fried Steak with Sausage Gravy on the menu, couldn’t resist. It had been a long time since I’ve treated myself to that classic! The portion size was ample, you get two eggs to order on the side with hash browns and toast. Wow. Awesome meal, took half home for breakfast tomorrow! The Significant Other had the traditional breakfast. We added fresh marionberry scones and lemon bars to go for a dinner we are hosting soon. Topped it off with two souvenir coffee mugs which were nice and heavy, only $ 5 each! Now, every time we are at our beach getaway home we will be reminded of the great breakfast we had at Parkside. The lunch menu and sandwiches looked super too. P. S. All of the pastries are baked fresh every morning. It’s a great spot, one of the best on the North Coast.

Went here today for lunch with my husband as we were taking a relaxing cruise down the coast. He got the classic chicken salad sandwich and I got the turkey BLT with avocado sandwich. The place is very kitschy and quite welcoming. They advertise themselves as a coffee house but didn’t seem to know all that much about coffee so we didn’t order any. Very sweet warm homestyle service, the sandwiches reminded us of something that we would get at our moms house on a Sunday afternoon which isn’t a bad thing. I did notice that chips were being plated out of the bag with an un-gloved hand which wasn’t terrible but it may bother some. The turkey was a little bit dry which unfortunately is just the nature of turkey. An old lady came in mid lunch just to shoot the breeze and drink coffee and although she was very sweet I think they should have put a cap on it and quieted her down we couldn’t even hear ourselves talk because she was very loud and yelling to them in the back of the kitchen, a little unprofessional but not the worst thing to happen. Overall I think this place could use a little bit of work but the people running it are incredibly sweet.

We stopped in for lunch and were greeted by a friendly server who made us feel welcome right away. The food was delicious and fresh. I had the chowder and pioneer turkey sandwich and my husband had the beef stew special. The homemade desserts looked so good we had to get a couple of pieces to go. We will be back!

I don’t know what I like better, the owners or the food. The owners are lovely people, the bathroom is clean and pretty. We ate Turkey sandwiches which was delicious and the chowder was the best. Their desserts are awesome, most are fresh baked. I will remember to stop in whenever we passed through Garibaldi.

The clam chowder was amazing! Everything else was fresh and yummy. The desserts looked incredible… we’ll have to leave room next time. Thought about buying some apricot jam. Worth a visit!

Great local spot to eat and for specialty coffee! We stopped here for breakfast/coffee after seeing great reviews and they didn’t let us down. It’s definitely a busy spot where the owners will serve you themselves. I had a breakfast sandwich and an Americano. My husband had oatmeal and eggs. Both were great but the service was better! Seriously. We definitely will stop by again the next time we are in the area!

Stopped in yesterday for the 3rd time. Always great food and friendly people. The turkey sandwich with apricot jalapeño jelly was lovely. The best part of the meal was the chocolate peanut butter pie. Best piece of pie I have probably ever had. I plan on eating here as often as possible when visiting the coast.

Coffee was spot on as expected. Carrot cake was best I have ever had!!! Ever!!! The cinnamon roll was possibly a day old and dry! Will give them another go on the pastry! Or just order the carrot cake for coffee

A quaint little place that has a potential for greatness. Today it was a bit too busy for good service. Our food tasted great but it was luke warm. Worth another try on another trip to the coast.

We didn’t even mind the 20 minute round trip to this little café/espresso shop. It is the closet place to Rockaway where you can get an almond milk latte. Both the vanilla and chai lattes were excellent.

Went to Garibaldi to visit relatives and found they owned the Parkside Café where fresh, home cooking is the menu. The two sisters, Kelley and Carol are friendly and welcoming. The menu includes roasted turkey, homemade soups and various baked goods. The homey atmosphere, great cooking and generous portions make this a must stop when exploring the OR coast.

Nice find when driving from Lincoln City to Cannon Beach! Very nice women behind the counter and the espresso drinks are great! Also a really solid turkey BLTA — actual turkey breast on the sandwich, not yucky lunchmeat, yay! Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the macaroni salad had no flavor. But we loved it otherwise and highly recommend grabbing sammies here for your beach picnic!

I don’t really give 5 Stars out unless it feel like a place deserves it. Parkside does. Being from the east coast I know how good clam chowder should be… and this is the best I have ever had. You can tell it’s fresh and homemade. The folks working here are family and truly enjoy what they do and aren’t out to rip you off. They love food, they love their food, and they want to share that passion with you. They were so warm and inviting from the time we sat down at their picnic tables outside until we waved goodbye. For real, if you’re passing through you don’t want to miss out on Parkside!
