1-800 Radiator & A/C

Every time I walk into this place, I feel like somehow I’m getting punk’d or scammed. I think my main concern is that this place isn’t set up professionally. The front desk is only that. A desk. Typically there’s no one sitting there to greet you. The guy that normally deals with you sits in the office off to the left.
The couple times I’ve been here, everything has worked out just fine. I’ve purchased radiators that I called about over the phone. They were in stock and when I arrived, they had them and they were the right ones. I don’t have any complaints other than the place doesn’t look professional. There isn’t a credit card machine so they have to call someone on the phone to charge a card.
I’m here to tell you that this place is legit no matter what your intuition says. The prices can’t be beat. Radiators at my local supplier are about 25−50% more expensive than this place.
The front desk should be manned, the walls need to be painted with a fresh coat of paint to hide all the finger and hand prints.
