190 Animal Clinic Robinson Susan

Been taking my pets to Dr. Robinson since 2003. She doesn’t sugarcoat things, but she does give an animal every opportunity to get better. She will explore avenues as long as she thinks there is hope, but she doesn’t want to see an animal in pain. Recently when I had to say goodbye to my 16 year old Jack Russell Terrier, we were notified about a month later that Dr. Robinson had made a donation in his name to an animal charity. It doesn’t get any more personal than that. My wife talked me into trying a different vet for our younger animals because we moved farther away from her office and it was a horrible experience. As long as she is in business, Dr Robinson will continue to care for my animals.

Dr. Robinson & her staff are absolutely AMAZING!!! They have taken care of my parents animals for almost 20 years and my animals starting in 2008. She has always been very upfront and honest with me and always takes the most cost effective, natural approach to situations. Not once have a I ever felt taken advantage of. One of my dogs was recently diagnosed with Epilepsy. She had three seizures in one day. Dr. Robinson took my after hours call and advised me on what to do. I don’t know how anyone could have anything negative to say about this clinic. The people are so helpful and so friendly and truly care about the well being of my animals. Don’t want to have to take my dogs to any one else!

I have 3 dogs and 4 cats and they are all under Dr. Susan Robinson’s care at 190 Animal Clinic. My family has trust our pets care to her 30 years. Dr. Robinson is compassionate and caring. She will readily consult with other veterinarians, if need be.
My 7 year old shepherd mix recently got into a bottle of medication and approximately a week later was in full renal failure. Dr. Robinson was realistic in her assessment and his prognosis. We decided to hospitalize him at 190 Animal Clinic and hoped for the best. She kept in touch via telephone throughout the weekend, updating us on his condition. Through her and her staff’s amazing care (and against high odds) my dog pulled through and is healthy and happy.
This clinic is bright, clean and always fresh smelling. The «shop» cats that greet you are rescues that were treated, healed and given a safe, loving environment to live out their days. I’d be lucky to come back in life as one of those kitties.

All six dogs I’ve owned and loved have received excellent care and attention from Dr Susan Robinson and her staff. In fact, I followed Dr Robinson to her new 190 Clinic when it first opened. My personal experience has been A+ for more than twenty years. As an excellent clinician, detailed communicator, and compassionate care giver, I can’t imagine taking my dog anywhere else. Oh, and the number of friends and neighbors I referred have shared the same experiences.

I’ve been bringing my cats and dogs to Dr. Robinson for 16 years. My mom and my friends have used her services with great satisfaction and have referred others to the 190 Animal Clinic. Dr. Robinson is a down-​home Aggie vet and very, very good with the pets! She gave my mom’s geriatric dog an extra 3 years of life when mom’s dog had a tumor on the spleen! This week she removed bladder stones from my cat Portia who has been peeing all over the house in urinary despair. If you are an animal lover, Dr. Robinson is a solid Aggie Veterinary School Alum! She can be a bit critical about how I take care of the animals from time to time, but at the same time, I see her and her awesome staff also treat my pets wonderfully, like one of their own. Therefore, I appreciate how the 190 Animal Clinic is part of the team regarding my cats’ and dogs’ health.

Dr. Robinson has treated my dogs and cats for almost 30 years. I wouldn’t trust them to anyone else. She’s compassionate and well qualified. She is not afraid to go the extra mile to consult with other veterinarians if need be. On more than one occasion, she has saved the lives of my pets and rejoiced along with us in their improvement.
At those times that the only solution was to make the awful decision to send my loves to the rainbow bridge, she has cried with us, as well. She is an EXCELLENT doctor and her staff — who has been with her for many, many, many years — are all top notch.

I currently have 4 cats and 3 dogs. They range in age from 2 years old to 14 years old. They are all in excellent health thanks to the care of Dr. Robinson and the employees at 190 Animal Clinic.

First this Vet’s office smell of strongly urine. This source of the odor is soon discovered when you are accosted by cats the vet allows to to roam freely.
The vet performed unnecessary test on one of my animals when it was determined that the disease was terminal. She did this by saying there was always hope.
My second dog had a small bulge on the her side; this vet advised me it was just a «fat pocket». Two years later the dog has been diagnosed with terminal cancer.
In my opinion this vet is in it for the money and cannot be counted on to diagnose anything that is not posted on the internet.
