Offers a cash reward if you switch over to them. But customer service is poor because they only have one teller requiring at times a long wait. They really push the use of ATMs in an effort to avoid paying for actual tellers. That would be OK except when you have a question that there ATM can’t answer.

We had to go in and have some charges reversed because a phone deposit did not get credited and we accumulated over $ 100 in NSFs. Arturo Mireles saw our history and credited our account and made some good suggestions for us to save money with our account.
