Cut-​N-​Edge did my sprinkler system, They had one zone left to do, But the owner said he would come back after his vacation to finish. So I paid him in full, And you guessed it. They did not finish the job. Would not recommend this company. I’ve been a local Realtor for 15 years and I have a very short vendor list because of these types of business.

The customer service side of this company is severely lacking!
I had an appointment scheduled for them to come mow my yard and when they didn’t
show I called. and called.and called. Left two messages, called several times and never got anybody on the phone. By the third day of hearing nothing from them I gave up. I’m going with another company. I don’t know what’s going on over there, but there are plenty of other companies in this area that do the same thing and actually answer their phone. I don’t need to waste my time with this one.

Had this company out to trim 40 ft of hedges. Asked them to trim little off the sides and few feet off the top, or whatever he thinks looks best. WOW, like 5 guys got after it and did way beyond what i asked or expected. Lead guys was super laid back and friendly, these guys don’t mess around.
