Too bad can’t give ZERO stars! Horrible customer service! Only reason we went with them is the same reason everyone else went with them… our home warranty company! We’ll never use them again! If your home warranty company gives D & E as the only option, FIGHT FOR ANOTHER ONE! Trust me, you’ll live to regret ever letting them into your home!

Horrible. Horrible Service. I had to deal with them because of my Home Warranty service, but I really hope that other people will Google them before they waste money and time. My AC has been since early May. The have had a work order to fix my AC since early June… its July. And when they came out to repair it, they found out the the first Technician misdiagnosed the issue. so their are two different parts broken. They have to go back through the HE service and it’s going to be a while before we have AC.
This company is very unprofessional and they have the worst customer service this side of the Milky Way Galaxy. Do not waste your money or time. Stay far. far away from them. Please.

Big surprise… LISA called confirming that the owner Mr. Palma does not care about customer service as Lisa refused to give him any message, give me his number, or allow him to help remedy the situation. After some banter, mostly Lisa trying to defend their horrific actions, I was done. She did not try to right the wrong, offer a follow up service, or even apologize.
I had to knock off another star… I don’t think a two star rating truly reflects D &E Heating and Air. Apparently the people of Unilocal agree with me, just check out the other ratings.
