We came here after my daughter’s Christmas play. Ordered food to go in the drive-through. We get home with our food after the Christmas play around 830 almost 9 o’clock. Open up our food as we sit at the table take a bite of a chicken in its raw. I tried calling to let them know my food wasn’t prepared at all and no one answered the phone. I called again first thing the next morning and spoke to a lady named Patty she told me to come in after work and she would take care of this for me. I told her I want to make it there until 6PM because I work an 8 – 5. I arrive and I’m greeted by Patty and an older African-American gentleman. He starts questioning me and they offered to remake me the food. I no longer want to eat their food because it’s not cooked. I tell them that I needed the food last night after my daughter’s Christmas play and I know longer want the food and I would just like my cashback. He then goes on to tell me that he can’t give me my cashback and maybe I should’ve brought my food and then he might believe me. We ordered two 4 piece chicken strip basked and one 6 piece chicken basket. We spent $ 27 on food that’s not eatable. I don’t want to let the manager know how dangerous this is to be serving people undercooked food. He said Boulevard refund all your money it comes out of my check and I can’t have that. Well I’d rather you not poison my family by serving us undercooked food either. He was adamant I was just trying to get a free meal out of him. I work in the medical profession and I don’t need a Free meal and I don’t want handouts. After going back-and-forth with the guy and getting nowhere I have decided I will be taking the chicken to the health department. I will also be contacting a lawyer due to the fact that he was more concerned over his paycheck then my family’s health. I will also be following up with the Better Business Bureau anybody else I can think up between now and tomorrow at 8AM. Oh and another little fact when I said I was going to call corporate he said good luck there is no corporate we are franchised. Customer service at its finest right there.

Apparently a «piña colada» julius has strawberries in it… …at least it does according to one or two staff members here — namely in my case, the person who made it, and the drive through window server who handed the clear plastic pink-tinted cup to me exclaiming«Enjoy your piña colada!»

Ok so this may seem immature but I only came to Dairy Queen because they are constantly advertising their Jurassic World cups for the blizzards. So I excitedly drive my butt up here to order 6 blizzards. Yes 6! What can I say, I love dinosaurs. But, of course they have NONE! Well, obviously there are other dinosaur fans too, so I assume they are just sold out. Oh no, they aren’t sold out; this store wasn’t sent any. The store was sent Jurassic World advertisements to put on the drive thru window but not the freaking cups. Makes sense. Thanks Dairy Queen, if I wanted to just be teased with a picture, I could have looked it up online and then went to Braums for some real ice cream.

The service is blah. Like they hate it. Inside is dirty. Food not so good. Ice cream good.

Wonderful! Went here with my husband and two kiddos for a good time and got it! The cashier gave my husband and he kids free sodas(and since my meal came with one the guy apologized) and when we got dessert the lady gave me extra cookie dough in my blizzard! Clean and friendly people and the whole family left happy! Fast food at its finest!

My only experience with this DQ has been getting ice cream through the drive in window — usually Blizzards and dipped cones — so I can’t speak to the inside service and food. My most recent experience was very good. Courteous service and tasty product. Sometimes drive thru lines can be long which means longer waits. But the food is consistent and tasty and that’s enough for me.

I prefer fast food not fan food thank you! I went to this DQ on a lunch break and ended up waiting at least 20 minutes for my food! We decided to dine in and I guess they thought that meant we wouldn’t mind sitting and waiting for our HAMBURGERS. We both ordered hunger busters. I couldn’t believe how small and plain my burger looked when it arrived more than 20 minutes later. It had onion rings, avocado, chilli, and cheese and somehow this combination of flavors was sweet! I didn’t get it. Overall, it tasted fine but look through my photos to see for yourself how underwhelming this sandwich was. I ordered a blizzard when I ordered my sandwich. The cashier asked if I wanted it to come out later after my sandwich. I thought that was great and agreed she had a good idea then thanked her. After waiting about 30 minutes for food, I ate in about 10 minutes then approached the counter to remind the ladies about my blizzard. The first lady had gone to the back and the 2nd lady didn’t know what I was talking about even after checking the screen. Long story short, she finally made my blizzard and put it into a waffle cone dipped in chocolate. I specifically told the other lady I didn’t want the cone dipped in chocolate. The chocolate on top ended up being nasty and inedible. I specifically asked and paid for extra cookie dough and fudge in my blizzard like always. The lady tried to charge me a second time for these things and then put my fudge on top instead of inside of the soft serve. YUCK. The blizzard ended up tasting more like a McFlurry. I’ve never had a messed up blizzard but I had one here! I wouldn’t go back.

The food at this Dairy Queen was great-no complaints there. However, the service wasn’t so great. The staff came across, to me at least, as slightly undertrained and blunt. After taking our order, we waited for about to 10 minutes just to get a few Blizzards and one had to be redone because it was made incorrectly. I usually don’t mind waiting(especially for ice cream), but it was late and we all wanted to get home. I’ve been to this DQ before and have had no problems at all. I think it was just the shift we got. Like I said before-the food is great. Just expect iffy service.
