Established in 1980.
James B. Maddox MD, PA, has been providing quality and compassionate care for patients in the Garland area for more than 35 years. Dr. Maddox is dedicated to helping his patients feel their best and is committed to providing the highest level of care for all of his patients with ear, nose, and throat problems.

Dr. Maddox is a graduate of Baylor University and completed medical school at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, Texas. After an internship in Cincinnati and serving our country in The United States Air Force, Dr. Maddox completed his otolaryngology residency at the University of Tennessee in Memphis, Tennessee.
Dr. Maddox enjoys helping his patients with their various ear, nose, and throat (ENT) problems. Whether it’s a child with ear or throat problems, a teenager with allergies or snoring issues, a young adult with chronic sinus problems, or an older adult with hearing difficulties, Dr. Maddox and his staff are ready and qualified to help give the patient the personal medical attention needed.
