History

Established in 1999.

Farrell and Janet grew up in Southeast Texas. Upon marrying Farrell moved to Dallas while Janet completed her masters at Emerson in Boston, MA. Twelve years later she left working for Harvard University and joined Farrell becoming a top selling team with Coldwell Banker Apex, Realtors.

For over 15 years, Farrell and Janet have worked together to bring their clients the consistent service they have come to expect. Farrell has a passion for finding their clients the right house to call home while Janet teams with sellers to get the best price in the least amount of time.

Over the years Farrell and Janet have been recognized for their work through various sales awards. They continually stay up to date with the market, obtaining and maintaining certifications and training. However, their best reward is the ongoing relationships they have maintained with their clients over the years and the honor their receive when the are referred to past clients family and friends.
