Best place to get new tires or flats repaired. We live in Allen and still drive here every time!!! Honest, quick and cheap sums up their service. They won’t try to up sell you or lie about needing what you don’t like some of the other places. The guys are nice, respectful and good at their job, and fast. We won’t go anywhere else and when we need new tires this will be the place. I can’t say enough good things about them. We’ve been here three times to fix different tires thanks to a teenage son that can’t drive! Seriously!!!

Good tire shop. Good guys working at the shop. Larry the «dog» will take care of you. Great prices and great work. You won’t be disappointed.

Waited less than 3 min for help on a Friday morning. Right after I pulled up two more people showed up plus a delivery truck. Mario came to help me and understood exactly what I needed. I got two used tires for $ 35ea and had them put them on the front (front wheel drive) — which meant they would have to move basically all four tires. The ladies room was cleaner than any gas station ladies room I’ve been to in years. The waiting room had a TV and was clean and cool. Wish they had coffee, but they were so busy they probably couldn’t have kept up with it anyway. Maybe they will invest in a large Keurig and people could make their own. In and out in 18min with two used tires balance and rotation for $ 84. Would have liked the option of a cheaper tire because the car was a loaner, but it is a lot better than new! All in all this place was so much better all the way around than ones literally a block from my house. I’ll continue in the future to make the 20 min drive just to come here!

Arrived at 8:00am in need of a new tire and was all finished by 8:20am. They checked my flat to see if it just needed air or something, but no luck there. Even so, the new tire was affordable and the work was done quickly. The waiting room was clean and air-​conditioned, but I didn’t have to stay there for very long. Will certainly be coming back and will recommend to friends & family!

I grew up in Garland and frequented Payless for many years. I no longer live close, so when I was in town and in need of a tire I knew exactly where to go. Friendly faces that remembered me! And always the best service! Nice, cool waiting room and clean restrooms. Mario & Larry have been there forever! Hard workers and an asset to the team! Keep up the great work guys! This place is the best!

Arrived at 8:01 am, and to my surprise they were opening up on time. The guys were very friendly and took care of my «Coley Fierce» (truck). Great prices and attitudes to start your Saturday morning. Explained to me that one of my tires didn’t need replacement just air, instead of other shops trying to get your money…
I am a life customer if I need tires I know where to go!

Good thing my car has a light that pops up everytime my tire gets low cause I would’ve never know when you put air into my tires or change them out. Also good thing there’s Unilocal app so I can search for nearby tire shops. I really needed to change out my tire cause for weeks now my tire just kept getting low even after putting air into it. Anyways, I chose this place because, it was highly rated & super close by. Upon arriving the place looks very I guess you can say «Texas.»
The placed was filled with tires everywhere! But I was greeted so generously by a man who worked there, he assured me he’d get to the problem right away.
After waiting in the wait room for approximately 5 minutes or so, he came back & handed me a nail.
«I found your problem» he said.
So he decided to repair my whole tire. It took about 10 minutes.
After he repaired my tires, rotated them for free he only charged me $ 7!
That’s pretty cheap! I was pretty much in & out under an hour! I received nothing but nice service! I highly recommend this place.

I stopped going to discount tires after I noticed this busy bee hive one afternoon. cheap and fast. going back for my wife car. screw anybody else.

Great place, 1^st time I’ve been here but have seen it a couple times and it had good reviews so I gave it a chance, needed tires quick and they were done in under 20 minutes all four of them and had excellent pricing for them. This will be my new place to get tires from.

I just hate to drive all the way to Garland. OMG! I live in Highland Park. Will I get shot or robbed there? Anyway, the reviews sound great. Will head way out there for a great deal. peace out

OMG! I went today to get a used set of tires, and these tires looked like they were brand new. They had so much thread on them. And I got them all for $ 150. 4 tires for a Jeep Commander for $ 150! Service was fast and everyone was very friendly. This will be my spot from now on!

No complaints. Good prices, fast service. If it is your first time here, they will either come directly to your car (where you can sit while they change your tires), or you can go inside to the little office in the middle. They have new and used tires, and the used tires are a great deal depending on what they have in stock at the time.

Couldn’t be happier with my experience here. Rolled in around 8:10 for 4 used tires, and rolled out before 8:30. Ride is quieter, smoother, and all my tries match now.
The staff was polite to me, not super-​friendly, but there was a sense of camaraderie between the employees. You get the sense that these guys like their job. Don’t take the «not super-​friendly» comment wrong, either, because no one was rude; they were all professional in their demeanor.
The price quoted to me via phone for new tires definitely beat out any of the big-​name dealers, it was just more than I could part with at this time, so ~$ 140 for 4 decent used tires was a great deal in my book. And it sure beat sitting at a big name dealer for an hour or more!

In and out pretty quick, though I’d prefer they used a torque wrench instead of air tools when putting my wheels back on. Got out for $ 46 total with 2 Michelin’s with decent tread, mounted. Guy putting them on insisted they didn’t need balancing, I was doubtful, but they do indeed ride very smooth.
These tires were over $ 100/​each new, and I’d say they have about 50% tread remaining, if not more. They also didn’t charge a penny to rotate the other tires while I was there.

As you know, this guy loves to get a bargain. This is my tire destination. I love to live dangerously so I almost always buy used tires-​and this is the best place around to do so. The prices are low and the quality is generally much better than some other used tire shops. They also try to take care of you customer services wise-​especially if they know you are a frequent visitor.
They often offer to rotate the tires when I go in just to have one replaced and have often thrown in the balancing for free. They are there rain or shine (a fact I have been very happy about on a couple of occasions) and unless it is a Sat (when they get hella swamped) they can usually get you in and out very quickly.
You can also buy new tires here-​if you’re not feeling daring!

This tire shop has been at this location as long as I can remember. My dad used to get his «new» tires here when I was growing up, and so it has become tradition for my husband and myself, as well.
The only time we use other tire places is when they’re closed.
Every visit brings several nice men out to offer assistance. I have become partial to one in particular, who has been there since I was a kid. He treats me like family and makes sure everyone else does too.
They will sell you a new tire if you want them to, but one time when I said I wanted a new tire (not realizing my father always bought used, they were always new looking), Larry, my fave, brought a new tire and an old tire out and asked me which one I wanted. I could not tell the difference until he turned the tire around and I saw the cardboard hanger that was attached the new tire, giving many of the details I was just given about both tires. The main difference, the one was a retread, and the other was new.
I had to take my car in for a nail in the tire not too long ago, and Larry was off that day, but happened to be there picking up his check. The guy that was helping me told him I was there. He came out and hugged me and told the other two guys working on the tire to be sure to check and rotate ALL the tires. This is the type of service that I usually get, and I have seen this grade of service from for all of their customers. It is a standard that has kept them in business for well over 20 years.
