Decided that this place looked better than many of the others around.(Lots of cleaners has dirty/dusty floors & no air circulation). Because of the previous comments made I asked the price for each of my items. Not only did they give me a price they have a print out of their prices. I am happy with the condition of my garments and have dropped off more. This is not your $ 2 cleaners but they aren’t expensive either. I’m rather totally cool with paying $ 5/shirt to support a small business.

Extremely expensive dry cleaning service! Even with their small discount coupons, this is the most expensive dry cleaner I have used.(And the quality is not better than less expensive options) $ 5.15 for a woman’s blouse vs $ 1.50 for a mans shirt. When I dropped off my wife’s cotton shirts and asked them to be laundered, I got several excuses why they couldn’t be done such as the press used is sized for men(they don’t make a smaller one for women’s shirts?) and it takes more time to do a woman’s shirt(so much more time to justify a 300% increase in price?). Well guess what? They were pressed just like my shirts. The only difference? A different hanger and tissue in the sleeves. I will never use this vendor again. Bad attitude, overpriced, and no differentiating service over less expensive vendors.

Ok so I’ve been taking my shirts here for awhile. I give them 4 stars because I have yet to have a problem with the quality of their service. My shirts always look great and the requested starch and special instructions always seem tho be carried out. However, they are not cheap. If you come here and have some potential stains on a shirt, they will suggest that you have it «dry cleaned» for $ 4.99. Quite expensive if you ask me. Also I recently brought a CK knit polo here so I didn’t have to worry about ironing it. However when I picked it up they had dry cleaned it without telling me. So that’s $ 4.99 vs the usual $ 1.?? for a polo that had no stains. I asked about this and they said they do not launder polos and only dry cleaned them. Wish I had been told that when I dropped it off. Overall they have had the best quality of all the places I’ve tried. Unfortunately, the quality I’m referring to is what I would expect from any dry cleaner. However, all of the places I’ve been to have been subpar. This my go to place but looking for a new on due to the prices.

I have been going here for years and the staff is very friendly! My husband and I both have a lot of dry cleaning each month and I can count on them to be fast and always efficient. Thank you Patti for always having a smile on your face, it really helps out after a long day to know we can trust you with our personal things.

This place is a joke. Way way way overpriced. This person has a screwed attitude, like she is doing me a favor. Well I guess she did by letting me know not to spend my money in this dung hole.

this place started out good but our experience quickly went south. They burned a hole in a very expensive dress shirt, huge yelllow burn mark all around the spot, then proceed to say it was our fault obvious from being an old shirt and normal wear. Well, the shirt was less then 3 months old and only recieved minimal wear. The manager Patty was very condescending, stating why should they worry about loosing us as a customer as we’d only been going there a few months. She also said she did not care about internet ratings, as they would not cost her any business. Well, all I can say is be very careful dealing with them as they do not stand by their work.

Decided to stop by this new cleaners on the way to work. I’m picky about Cleaner establishments. I prefer an in-house operation vs one where they ship your stuff off. This is one of those in-house operations AND they have a Drive-Thru whut! whut?! Anyhoo picked up my cleaning and I swear on my mama… their prices are about 40% less than what I paid in North Dallas. They are the bomb, and they have a customer for as long as i’m working in this area. If you are in Garland, it’s a no brainer, use them!
