I have been a loyal patient since 2009. The doctors have always giving me their best. I have gone in extreme pain from an infected tooth. Not only did they do the root canal the same day, the dentist took her time to follow up with me in the evening. The staff is friendly and I love watching sports in the room while I wait! Out of the other dental offices I have tried, the doctors at Smiley really care about actual patient. I definitely recommend Smiley Dental.

Horrible horrible service!!! Do NOT come here!!! Not only terrible service but the technicians don’t know what the hell they’re doing!!! Waste of time!

Do NOT go to Smiley Dental if you have other options. I repeat, DO NOT GO THERE! Seriously, I rarely write reviews so you can only imagine how horrid my experience is for me. I’ve come here twice — both times to remove my wisdom teeth. The first time around, the staff mistook the set of wisdom teeth that I needed extracted, seconds after telling them about it. Request for information was met with indignation, as if my desire to know about my own teeth was bothersome. The surgeon was generally okay although the dental assistants seemed more concerned with doing the most minimal work at the expense of my comfort. After she accidentally sprayed an amount of blood and spit in my face while moving the equipment around, she ignored the mess and only after incessantly motioning for her to wipe it did she do so, while maintaining a look of disgust, as if I was to blame for her shoddy, uninterested work.
The front desk staff were reasonably nice and they are possibly the only reason why I don’t get anger convulsions every time I remember my experience.
I will definitely not come here again!

Terrible! The doctor did not care if I was in terrible pain or not.

Horrible place! i do not recommend this place at all, they are bad at cleaning your teeth and bad at braces I don’t know how the doctors and dental hygienists got their degrees. I had braces put on at this location and 2 years later they took them off, but i noticed that there was still a gap between my teeth and Dr. Do told me that «it will close» well, 6 years later, it surely did not close! So now I have to get braces put on again to close the gaps, which i NEVER HAD before putting braces on in the first place. In stead of making my teeth look nice and perfect, they messed them up. And they have bad service.

Worst Dental place ever. Bad attitude, rude and likes to criticize people. The Dentist was working on my Daughter was Vivian or something like that. I went there before. The first time I was getting my teeth done, they were talking about sports and what’s for lunch in the middle of my root canal. They even took X-ray’s of my teeth without the protective vest on. What a bad business place. I will file complaints. So should you if you had bad experiences in the past with this place. Something has to be done.

If you need anything done, I do not recommend this place. The dentist there have absolutely no idea what they are doing. I’ve been a long time patient here and have trusted them until they had a new dentist. She had no idea what she was doing and told me that I had a cavity and that I had to get it fixed ASAP. I responded by telling her that I need to talk to my parents first. A week later I made an appointment to get my «cavity» fixed and the manager of the place told me that there was no indication that I had a cavity. I told her that while «Dr. B» was cleaning my teeth she told me. she brought the doctor out and guess what? She supposedly had no idea I was talking about. Talk about shady.
The next couple of events led me to never go to this place ever again. I had my teeth whitening done there and there was no doctor present. A dental assistant did my teeth whitening. Later, they recommended me to get veneers done and promised they’ve done it plenty of times. I actually didn’t want to get veneers done but instead I wanted to bonding, but again they didn’t know what it was and kept pushing me to get veneers. Being naïve, I believed them and got it done. Little did I know it would be my worse dental experiences ever. «Dr.B» had messed up on my first set of veneers and when I was getting it fixed she tried to guilt trip me by informing me that it would come out of her own pocket. Um, I highly doubt that is true and this would not be happening if you actually knew what you are doing. While placing my new set of veneers, one fell down the throat and she and the staff members tried to make me throw the veneer up. This place is seriously unprofessional. In the end, I ended up getting a full refund and was left with horrible temporary veneers. My teeth are now so sensitive due to the horrible work that «Dr.B» has done to them.

They did their job… I think. No one knew anything. I had to talk to five people before I got an unsure answer. The room was not cleaned from the patient before me. I mean used, in their mouth, covered with junk, next to me dirty. I definitely felt uncomfortable and ignored. When i do get my wisdom teeth taken out… I’m going elsewhere.
