I have never had bad service at these stores and the Firewheel location was no different. The young lady helping me suggested a pair that was lighter than the ones I was currently sporting. She talked said the glass lens are more difficult to scratch but heavier. (My visit was promoted by a mark my glasses wear leaving on my nose.) She was polite, knowledgable and willing to offer her opinion when I asked. If only more salespeople could be like this.
She also kept saying that it was alright after I dropped multiple pairs off their not so sturdy displays.
She rang me up quickly and I was on my way with my new shades.

The lady was so patient, helpful and professional in helping my husband find the perfect pair of sunglasses. It was almost closing time and she never once rushed us out the door. Her excellent customer service made the big purchase less hurtful. I wished I could remember her name.
