Superior Auto Mecha-Nicks

I was referred to Nick back in 2004. I have since referred everybody I know. He is as honest and dependable as the day is long. Nicole Nick’s wife should train customer service 101– she is amazing! However, the difference between today and 2004 is Nick is no longer «hungry» and he can be downright rude as hell… no less honest and no less dependable. but has no compunction showing how just plain annoyed he is, if he answers the phone and has to speak to a customer. , or eeek. scary… you pull up and you have to talk to him because Nicole” not around… awwkkkkWARD, sheesh.
I’m super glad you’re successful, truly, Buddy… but dial back the annoyance a notch or two, jeeeez. we are PAYING YOU.

An honest mechanic is so hard to find… and once found, should be treasured for a lifetime. This is Superior Auto! Every, single time I have an issue with my car, this is the only shop I trust. They have proven over and over again to be trustworthy.
The first time I took my Yukon to them, another shop stated I needed $ 1,400 worth of work. Of the four things that needed repair according to the other shop, one didn’t actually exist on my vehicle, one was perfectly fine, and the remaining two problems Nick fixed for $ 285.00.
Just recently I was involved in an accident. It happened to occur in front of Richland Auto Repair in Dallas. They came out to check on everyone involved in the accident so just to be nice, I asked them for an estimate on my car. They said it would take a couple hours. It took two days and came back $ 2,600.00. I took my car to Nick… his price $ 547.62. It should be noted that four of the parts Richland Auto Repair said were damaged were just fine. (Sammy, the owner of Richland Auto Repair, also stole my Burberry umbrella, which I questioned him about. After threating to call the police, he miraculously found it. I guess I should write another review, warning people about Richland Auto Repair, huh?)

Nick and Noël are an awesome team. Unlike most dealerships and independent mechanics who prey on the uninformed with the needless, fear-​laden «upsell», I appreciate the honest and balanced assessments of car repairs.

Extremely great service. Brought my car in because it was overheating. He called me within an hour and let me know that my radiator was busted and called me back within a few hours letting me know he had it ready for pickup.
THIS IS WHY IT IS SO GREAT THOUGH
When I sat down in my car after picking it up, I noticed that he fixed my broken A/​C button as well as my broken glove compartment. This brought a big smile to my face as I pulled off because I’m sure most mechanics wouldn’t have bothered going above and beyond like he did. I really appreciated his extremely fast service and his extra effort fixing things that I did not even mention without charge.
