I generally like this location because they have good customer service. It’s generally clean, but today when I received my food the tray my food was on was covered in crumbs and old food. Gross… Little bit concerning that the kitchen isn’t clean when you can’t even wipe a tray down.

Placed and paid for my order over 35 minutes before I received my food. You gotta be kidding me

9PM on a Friday night and we had to wait 20 minutes… 20MINUTES for fast food!!! This poor old lady behind us looked like she was going to die. The place is clean, but not worth the wait! I don’t know what was going on back there.

@tacobell i love your food. However, going through the drive-thru and waiting 40 mins is really a terrible experience. I though it was just one employee working, causing the delay, but there were like 5 people there. And then, no receipt, and no «sorry for the wait» either. I definitely will not be returning to this location, even if it’s the only one open. #tacobell #dontmakepeoplewait #valuecustomers #betterservice

Waited 30 minutes to get food when there are only 2 cars in front of me. The girl taking order is rude. Poor customer service.

I think this is my first one star review. I normally have small issues with this Taco Bell location in particular but today, they crossed the line. We ordered one thing but they heard something else and so they had our order wrong. When we pulled to the window and told them we didn’t want that but something else, the girl at the window changed the order for us at that moment and told the people in the back to make the correct order. The girl in the back, named Grace, kept on saying«OMG» and we felt bad that they already made the order, and quite frankly, scared that they’ll spit in the new order, that we told them we’ll just pay for the other order.(which was 3 times more expensive) Then gracious Grace, again, yelled, «MAKEUPYOUR *** MIND». Seriously?! You know we are right there, right? The drive through window was still open, and they’re still open for business. It makes me think how was she hired to work in a customer service oriented place. But there’s for sure a reason why she works in the back, making the food, away from the customers, but her loud voice didn’t fail to pass through.
