TEXACAR

I came to Texacar to check out a vehicle they had posted on Auto Trader. I worked with a salesman named Nick who was phenomenal. He was very curteous and did not pressure at all. He was clearly confident in the product he offered. The car I drove was in great shape. Though I ultimately purchased a different car elsewhere, I would recommend people visit Texacar when searching for a used vehicle. They have quality salespeople and great cars.

I have been looking for my car for at least 2 months. When it showed up on the Texacar website last week I got excited and called them Immediately! Alex answered my call and was very friendly and very forthcoming with all the information I needed. I live quite a ways from Garland but this car and deal was too good to pass up. When I got to the dealership today Alex was as nice and honest in person as he was over the phone. He let me test drive the car and kept me comfortable. When it was time to talk numbers with Bryan, Alex still made sure I was comfortable with Bryan. Bryan was a very sweet, truthful and honest guy to crunch numbers with. He explained everything in detail to me before I even signed one paper. The cars they have are beautiful and great on price and mileage. I will be sure to check with Alex and Bryan when I’m car hunting again.

I had a terrible experience here, I dealt with a dealer named Saul and because of him alone I had such a bad experience. Firstly when I got there and told him what I was looking for he pointed to it from the front door and walked off, he spent more time texting on his phone than talking with us about the car, when I asked if I could see the keys to the vehicle to check it out he handed them to me and went back to his office and started to text leaving me with the car alone. There was a ciggarette burn in the seat that wasnt noted online and when I brought it up he basically ignored it and when I tried to negotiate the price he said it was the lowest no negotiation. When I brought up that Kelly Blue Book had a different price he proceeded to argue that thats what they dont use and used a program I have never heard of. When I told him that even his program rated it at 1000 $ less than what he was charging he took the keys and sent me on my way. He was a terrible and rude car salesman. Hes the reason that people hate people in this field he wanted to make a quick buck without talking. Terrible experience not worth a thing.
