Do not use this attorney. I’ve spoken to about six different attorneys over the past few weeks about various matters relating to probate, real estate, and wills. All attorneys were professional and willing to discuss next steps, EXCEPT Tinsley. Both he and his assistant are unreliable, lazy, and flaky. My one conversation with TInsley left me wondering if I woke him out of a stupor. He punted me to a real estate attorney even though I was asking about an application for executorship. Then, when I tried to call back to follow up, the assistant called that same real estate attorney (without my knowledge) and then tried to punt be back there. THEN she even tried to just point me in the direction of the probate court directly. They simply don’t want your business. Don’t even bother.
