Utterly Designed was started by Shelby Williams, our owner in 2000. What began as fun slowly turned into a full time job. With no more than the unused items found around her home and craft books Utterly Designed emerged.

Event/​party designing began as a passtime and turned into a passion, according to Shelby Williams. Her design interests are unique to her clients. Her centerpieces infuses artistic inspiration with consideration of popular trends.

With a background in psychology, Shelby draws upon the environment of her clients to offer a unique event experience. The success of Utterly Designed has proved that her blend of crafts is timeless.
