This was the only time I haven’t been able to eat chinese. No taste and weird textured! Never again will I order from here!

Food was very dry. Spare ribs were dry. Sweet and sour pork was hard and dry. Fried rice was ok.

This is the first time I have been truly disappointed with the service here. We used their online ordering system to place and order for 4 egg rolls, pan fried potstickers, sesame chicken with fried rice, and spicy beef lo mein. First complaint, the order delivery ETA was set at 45 – 60 minutes. After waiting about an hour, I called for a status update upon which they told us they hadn’t even started cooking our order and it would be another 30 – 45 minutes before our order would be delivered. Second strike — Our order arrived about 1.5 hours after placing it online. Once it arrived, I quickly opened the bag, and potstickers were missing. I ran back out the door, and told the driver. He didn’t offer to bring the potstickers, but just said we would be credited the difference. Suppose we will just need to wait to see if that is true. Third issue — the sesame chicken was extremely dry! And the batter was chewy, not crispy. Which leads me to believe that our order was not just cooked 20 minutes before it arrived, but instead had been sitting there waiting to be delivered, the steam causing the chicken to dry out and the batter to get soggy. Our egg rolls suffered the same fate, and were practically wet with steam. When we first started ordering from Ying’s the experience was great! However, each order has resulted in a steady decline in satisfaction, and we will now be shopping for a new delivery service for Chinese food. Which is a shame! We used to LOVE their roasted/BBQ pork lo mein. Hopefully, they will add to their staff and address the issues that have been stated. It can’t be a coincidence that they have received two poor reviews on the same night. Still hoping that credit is posted for the missing potstickers. Order #: 1533484 $ 35.20 from Ying Chin Café.(Included the $ 5 tip) Update: Just opened the Fortune Cookie… even those were stale. I have to say, we probably would have had better luck going to Panda Express. :(

Some of the best food I’ve ever eaten… and they have SHRIMPTOAST!!! I love it. The presentation here is a little different, which makes me think it might be a little more authentic, but what do I know? Just give it a try! Lunch specials come with a bowl of soup, an eggroll and a crab rangoon. I never leave here without a full stomach!

Service was fast and the venue was clean, quiet and well lit. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. Everything will come to you hot and fresh.

It isn’t often that I leave a negative review for a restaurant, but after my girlfriend vomited up her dinner and I found myself with a splitting headache(which 800 milligrams of ibuprofen doesn’t seem to be helping much with) and heartburn, I realize that it is warranted. As I am sitting here typing this, I am resisting the urge to vomit myself, and the more I think about the food, the worse I feel. Either the food is loaded with MSG or their hygiene there in food storage is bad enough to cause food poisoning or both. We ordered Mushroom Delight, Sesame Chicken, Szechuan Beef, Crab Rangoon and Barbecued Beef Strips. All the food was poorly made and some of it was obviously stored and reheated. The beef strips were CLEARLY reheated, they had that flavor that beef gets after it has been refrigerated for a day and then reheated, they were tough and lacking any real flavor. The Mushroom Delight had slimy mushrooms and the sauce was probably where most of the MSG came from. The Chicken was tough and dry the way chicken gets when reheated and the Szechuan Beef sauce was just sickly sweet with absolutely no spice at all. Aside from the crappy food, the cost was outrageous, we paid 50.00 for this food(including a 7 dollar tip), just to be made sick. I think it is clear that we will NEVER be ordering from this place again. The only upside to this place is that they delivered VERY quickly(not surprising since their food is obviously not cooked fresh) and the delivery guy was very nice. We ordered through Grub Hub,(which I have not been very happy with lately and I can’t seem to find a way to leave a review on their site) and even though I could probably get a refund for the meal, I am not interested(if you are the owner and reading this, please don’t try to contact me, I am NOT likely to be very nice to you) in a refund, I only want to advise other people of my experience was in hopes that someone else isn’t made sick.

This place is absolutely delicious! It’s cheap and the food arrives hot. We tried the mixed lo mein, scallop beef and mixed mushroom and they were awesome. It’s probably one of the best if not –the– best Chinese delivery places in the area.

Can’t say a bad thing about this place. We order take out from here frequently, and we are satisfied. Food portions are generous and hot. The fried rice and sweet and sour pork are my go to order(along with an egg roll). The Moogoogaipan is really good too. Rice is served in the traditional Chinese food take out boxes too. We have never actually eaten in the restaurant itself, but it appears clean and comfortable. If you live within a few miles and need want to order Chinese food to take out, this is the place i recommend.

There was a very strange smell in the air when we first walked in. When I went to the restroom, I believe their pipes had backed up. The food was fresh and yes, the lunch menu is reasonably priced. I had the Chicken Fried Rice and it was good. But I don’t live in that area so I don’t see myself trying it again.

Been going here for over 10 years and it’s always good. I know that my food will be good and what I expect at a resonable price. Teriyaki chicken is alway’s good.

I’ve been working n the same strip mall as this place for over two years and finally decided to give it a try. They serve all the Americanized Chinese standards like Pepper Steak, and Orange Beef. I had the Shrimp with Garlic Sauce which was tasty, and had a nice balance of flavors. The vegetables that were in the stir fry were amazing, I’m rarely a fan of things that are green and grow out of the ground, but I ate them and they were quite good. Service was very fast and my food was piping hot. Prices are reasonable, lunch menu is under $ 7 a person and includes soup, egg roll, and cheese puff. Dinner entrees run just under $ 10 a plate.

I visited this place for lunch based on the positive reviews it has on here. This isn’t a real chinese place. So, you won’t find any chinese people eating here or many traditional chinese dishes on the menu. They serve more americanized dishes. The lunch special is a great deal. $ 6.25 for the entrée, rice, egg roll, cheese puff, soup, noodles and soup. The staff is friendly and they have very quick service. I think this place is great for anyone looking to catch a quick meal during a lunch break.

This restaurant has a typical Chinese menu, but the restaurant is cleaner than most of the Chinese restaurants I have been to. The food is prepared with fresh ingredients and served hot. The price for the food is inexpensive, especially at lunch. Lunch includes a cream cheese won ton, soup, rice, rice noodles, and an egg roll. Definitely worth the average $ 6 lunch price. I like the lo mein, my family orders the teriyaki chicken and mongolian beef. I also like the garlic broccoli. The iced tea is very good and the service is always consistently friendly and efficient.
