«Say something, I’m breaking up with you»
5 years ago BB&T was a decent bank. Now they are the absolute worst. That small town feeling is gone. They don’t care, and if they did, they have no power nor will to help you. I’m slowly disentangling myself from this crap institution. Do not trust them for your mortgage. They will mess up your escrow and tell you it’s your fault even if you paid what the asked you to pay in their payment booklet. Their careless and are too ignorant to see how that hurts their business. I can’t find a reason in the world to continue business with them.
