This review is for the Minute Clinic located inside the CVS. I have never been to a Minute Clinic before so I automatically assumed that it was located in the pharmacy, it was not until I started asking a few questions about my insurance that the Pharmacist mentioned I should check with the Minute Clinic which is located near the front of the store. I walked up, signed in at the kiosk and was brought into the room to get my flu shot. This service was quick and convenient, I would recommend if you need to get your flu shot(they offer tons of other services and keep adding more every year). Plus, you get a 20% off coupon to use in the store. My only complaint would be that it took a while to sign in at the kiosk.

MinuteClinic Absolutely horrible experience with these inept«health care providers». First they can’t figure out how to run my insurance card, so I conveniently have to pay the full amount out of pocket and do their job for them by filing with my insurance company later. Then their lab falls so behind on cases that I am forced to expose my family, some of which are immune sensitive, to obvious strep without medication. Never, ever trust your health to this clinic!

They are convenient because I drive down Timber Drive on my way to White Oak. But I expected better service at the pharmacy. They did not offer to call the doctor to get the 90-day prescription. My Walgreens pharmacist always makes the call for me, which is what real convenience is all about. In the end, CVS is not at all convenient for me.

I come to this cvs rarely, but on this visit i came in to pick up a prescription. i walked in and there was a women standing at the counter as if she didn’t want to be there, and i was wasting her time(no hello by the way). Unfortunately i came in when they were preparing to close(which i didn’t know at the time). As i walked through the store i felt as though i wasn’t supposed to be here, from the dirty looks. As i arrived at the back i noticed the pharmacy counter was closed and headed back towards the front of the store and grabbed some chips. I approached the counter and she was gone. I stood in the front for a good 5 minutes and she returned to announce that the store was closed! Huh? Wait what??? Although she saw me enter the store, walk to the pharmacy and back up to the front she never said anything. I just left my chips on the counter and politely told her to have a nice day

Pharmacy never has the prescription ready on time, I have even showed up to get it and was told it was on backorder. If they wouldve told me that up front I couldve gotten my medicine somewhere else. No phone calls, no communication from them. ever.

its clean and well kept and all that good stuff, but the cashiers are extremely slow. One guy there literally moves in slow motion and if you have several of the same item, he’ll still scan them individually. ridiculous, but i go there because its in a convenient location for me.
