My major complaint with this location are the people that schedule the appointments (rude) and the folks that do the accounting. KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR BALANCES WITH THESE GUYS! Strange charges from 2010 that weren’t mentioned for years. suddenly pop up and they aren’t able to explain what the charges are for but demand payment? Seriously?
The folks that actually work on your teeth are very friendly and knowledgeable… its a shame that the other people in this office are so terrible.

I have visited the Garner location of Lane and Associates two or three times now and have found their staff to be very professional. They made sure every single question I had was answered and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. The rooms are clean, the hygienists are friendly and skilled, and my dentist, Dr. Iglesia, has always been interested in proposing the best treatment for my teeth. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident about my dental health. The office was easy to find, being just off of I-​40. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I’ve ever seen. I would definitely recommend this company, specifically this location, as they have treated me well and have always made me feel confident in their treatments.
