Crossfit Gyms are becoming the Country Clubs for the New Millennium. I advise anyone starting Crossfit to chose their gym wisely and don’t sign away on a long commitment before seeing if it is a good fit first! I’ve sampled A dozen Crossfit«boxes» from across the country… Now, Moving back to the east coast from Seattle and looking for a new gym. I really like the Crossfit regimen but each gym is very different, and I would never join a six month contract without trying a location first. I called Garwood Crossfit this weekend to arrange a drop in class… and they refused me. Even though their website advertises that they are inviting new members to come in for a trial class to try out the facility. What gives? Caveat Emptor — Buyer Beware

Crossfit is an amazing work out. Outsiders will laugh and ask what you are paying for, after all, you are working out in a warehouse basically. These workouts are intense and you will definitely work up a sweat. Crossfit Garwood is in a great location. The staff there is very helpful and they are always willing to help a beginner. If you have any questions, Justin is always around to give you an answer. If you’d like a free trial workout you can call and schedule. For anyone looking to get in amazing shape, crossfit Garwood is the place for you.
