We have tried Chop’s Shop a couple of times in the search for good pizza and wings. It seems to be a keeper so far.
LIke other places in the area, they offer sweet or regular pizza sauce. The sweet sauce is not overpowering as afflicts some pizza restaurants.
Some commentators have said that the pizza is extremely garlicky. We haven’t noticed a problem because the people who take the phone orders always ask if we want garlic on the crust, and we turn it down.
What makes this place special, besides the good pizza and meaty wings, is the dessert option of fried dough bites with cinnamin and sugar. LIke having fried dough from the county fair.

Wish they still had the Smashed Potatoes on the menu.
