Everything we do is in house. We install and repair heating and air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical service. We in most cases can give you a free estimate that same day. We pride ourselves in being prompt, neat and clean, and ethical. We have hundreds of satisfied customers. As owners of MTD Home Improvement & Remodeling, Todd and Christie Disharoon has over 20 years of experience REMODELING homes in Lexington and Columbia South Carolina. We are a Licensed and Insured professional Remodeling Service. Our skills are apparent with the quality of work we provide to their long list of satisfied customers. Our experience in construction ranges from beautiful whole house remodels, major renovations of buildings for condo conversions, high end kitchen remodels, and complete bathroom remodels.

We also offer heat and air installs and repairs, plumbing installs and repairs, electrical upgrades and repairs.
