Has to be about the nicest RV parks we ever stayed at! Lady at the front desk was very nice and helped us plan some events. Location laid out nice with colored arrows to follow. We were right next to the creek, so the back door of the RV was maybe 5′ from a wonderful creek. Sites were extremely neat and well laid out. The wifi was so-so but there were some many other ways of finding out what to do without Internet.
The trolleys ran all day and night. Pretty good value for $.50.
Couple of tips: make sure you have quarters for laundry, no change machine, ask for a creek site they are awesome even thought there is a 4 lane highway above you and try the Hungry bear BBQ down the street for a carry out meal. 5 minutes away and Greta food.
We will be back ASAP!

When I called to make the reservation the lady on the phone was not friendly kept saying no late check ins. So, I arrived early and she complained about that even though it was November and the place was empty. Pricing was deceptive and not upfront; the reservation card that came in the mail only stated the number of days I had booked nothing about the rate. When I showed up they charged me a higher rate which I didn’t realize until I got back home (since I booked 4 months ahead of time I’m guessing the rate went up and they charged me the new higher rate). It was right on the trolley line and close to Gatlinburg which was very nice, but so are other campgrounds and they’re cheaper.

I have been retired 3 yrs now and travel all over the country. Stayed in a lot of rv parks. I must say the staff at this park where very helpful. Very very polite, very knowleadgeable about the surrounding areas. the park grounds where «always» emaculate. I stayed there for 3months and every time I went to the bathroom I could have eatten off the Floors. Very very clean. Theool hot tub area. Was. Also very very clean. Even the ground keepers where very very friendly… I will stay ther anytime I come threw the gatlinburg area… very clean. Very secluded. Great staff… I have to say that of all the my rv parks resorts… Twin Creeks is my favorite. I highly. Recommend this to anyone who, is looking for a short or long stay. I stayed there. We loved our stay at twin creek! Great campground and immaculate bathrooms. Loved the convenience of renting a car onsite, as well as purchasing firewood. Really close to the supermarket and downtown but without the city noise. Really private and quiet campground. The staff is super friendly. We extended our stay because we loved it so much. Great for big rigs. We were in spot #64.

Clean restrooms, clean campground, clean pool. This place is immaculate. They even have cars for rent on site. Also ice and firewood for sale. We have greatly enjoyed our four day stay here, would come back again and again!
