History

Established in 2013.

Old Coast Barn is the newest venture for Nojoqui Falls Ranch, one of the oldest working cattle ranches in the Santa Ynez Valley. Nojoqui Falls Ranch has been in the Giorgi family since 1896 when great-​grandpa Natale Giorgi bought the land for 2500 gold pieces. Since then the Giorgi family has farmed the land and raised cattle. The tradition continues today with great-​grandson Toby Giorgi and his wife Raiza, that recently opened Old Coast Barn. With more people wanting to know where their food comes from and how it was raised, it was the perfect opportunity to market fresh grass-​fed beef. Visit our barn on Old Coast Highway just off Highway 101, a few miles south of Buellton, and also take an ATV tour with our non-​profit ATV’s for Agriculture! You can experience ranch life right with us!

Raiza and her husband Toby started their grass-​fed beef operation this spring — as a way to continue the cattle business into the future at Nojoqui Falls Ranch. Raising cattle has been the main operation on the ranch since 1896!
