As a result of Bobi’s love of food and travel, along with the support of her friends (and volunteer tasters), she has partnered with family to market these gourmet treats that will have you saying «Oh My Goodness.»

For years Bobi has worked and reworked recipes to finally attain a marshmallow that is exceptionally smooth in texture and taste. She has incorporated unique, natural flavors into these confections; flavors such as ‘peppermint swirl,’ which can turn a simple cup of hot chocolate into a gourmet treat, or ‘bubble gum’ that delights kids and takes adults back to their childhood. Then there is the almost unimaginable rich tasting Chai tea marshmallow and a chocolate marshmallow made with imported Valrhona chocolate. Bobi makes sure that each of her marshmallows passed rigid tests for texture, taste, appearance and toastability.

History

Established in 2012.

Bobi’s life revolves around food, travel, family and friends. Spending considerable time exploring the markets and foods of Europe she has been able to hone her skills in gourmet cuisine. But it was in France that Bobi discovered her talent for confections. This was the beginning of her search for the ‘perfect’ marshmallow.
