Absolute Pro Solutions

I took car 2 parts to Absolute Pro Solutions to have them color chromed. I was given no less than 5 specific dates when the parts would be ready. Each and every time, they were not ready, but of course would be ready in another 2 or 3 days. The last 3 were Friday, then it was Monday then when I went on TUESDAY to pick up the parts, they weren’t ready but they would be on Thursday. Thursday I called first. I was told they weren’t ready, but the person I spoke to couldn’t tell me when they would be ready and that they would call me back in «5 minutes». Five minutes came and went. I drove there and demanded my parts. They gave them to me, unfinished, but actually tried to continue their runaround nonsense telling me that «the chrome painter» would be there «tomorrow». I wonder where he was the last 4 times the parts were supposed to be painted. This place is pathetic. They’re liars. They’re insulting — thinking anyone is stupid enough to continue to be scammed again and again. I was going to take my parts back on Tuesday, trying to give a local business a break, but they’re not worth it. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. You will regret it. And if you do make the mistake of trying to work with them, don’t expect your job to finished on time, (if at all), it won’t happen.
