At one time a great place and a good value. The pizza is ok, service awful, and the interior is falling apart. It just gets worst and beware they do not serve beer or wine anymore. So the Tuesday night special is not really a value at ok pizza and warm pop.

The place is rough around the edges, the décor has something to be desired, but the pizza is one of the best in the area… my families opinion is it is the best. We frequent often, the service had always been good, personal, you feel part of the family. We’ve tried quite a few pies and combos and have not had a bad one on the bunch… we’ve only had thin crust do cannot speak to the others

I know… looks like the kind of place you’d really love to appreciate. Old, a little rough around the edges, part of the community for years. Don’t give in, don’t try it. Quite a disappointment. Good sauce but US Foodservice dough and crusty lousy crust. Not a good pie and not what you’d expect from a long-standing hometown pizza place.

I have been to Orlando’s Pizza in Geneva at least a dozen times over the past couple of years and the food is out of this universe. The place is a classic husband/wife owned and operated iconic local eatery that serves the best pizza in the Fox Valley. I’ve tried them all – the fast food chains(e.g. the«Hut»), the upscale chains(e.g. CaliPizzaKtchen), the local chains(e.g. Gino’s, Giordano’s, Lou M’s), and the one location spots(e.g. Charlie Fox, Sanfratello’s, etc.). ORLANDO’S is THEBEST. Their pizza pie is with a sweet sauce under delicious melted cheese served on a brick oven style crust(they don;t have a brick over, but it sure tastes like it). Ooo lala! The restaurant itself is dated: wood paneling, suspended ceiling, plastic tablecloths. From the outside, you’d never come to Orlando’s with old shake style, some missing shingles, a dirt parking lot. But, do not let that deter you, fine diners of pizza and beer(beer on tap only two and a half bucks). Just relax, it’s nice a warm inside, and enjoy great service with a smile and a pizza pie that you’ll never forget. Orlando’s Geneva, IL. Five stars, plus two thumbs up!

This is and has always been one of my favorite pizza places. It’s family owned and has been around a long time. Hasn’t changed a bit and that’s part of the appeal. Great pizza, great service.

My family and I have been going to Orlando’s for years. For a while, previous owners had slacked off and we had started going to other places. After a former cook took over the place a few years back, the pizza has never been better. The salad bar isn’t bad either! For the price and convenience, Orlando’s is the best around.

Hole in the wall, best pizza! Cozy and quiet restaurant Must try their supreme pizza, pizza skins, and their ranch dressing is out of this world. Looking for a place to bring a date or the family, Orlando’s is place to go. Girls love the pizza skin when I bring dates, and they have an awesome salad bar. Beer is cold and they serve it with a frosty mug. Looking for affordable, go on Tuesday for their family special, I got an extra large sausage pizza and pitcher of beer for $ 16. Cant beat that. I have friends from out of town that love this place whenever they visit it’s a must go.

Let me begin by saying that I love the pizza and have been enjoying it for 30+ years. Sunday night I called my order in at 6:00. I was told 20 — 25 minutes. I got there right on time and was told it would be «a few minutes». At 6:40 when I complained I was given $ 10 back and told 8 more minutes. 10 more minutes later I asked for the remainder of my money back. The lady(owner I think) gave me my money back and grumbled something that I couldn’t make out. Never once through the whole ordeal did anybody ever appologize. I get it, sometimes you get shorthanded and get backed up. But don’t tell me 20 minutes over phone, don’t tell me just a «few» more minutes when I arrive, and dear God, if I get upset enough to walk out, appologize and try to do something to make up for it! Like I started with, I love this pizza and it’s really frustrating that they lost a life long customer all do to poor customer service.

I’m really close to the owner, Mr. Johnson. His son and I met while attending ASU and now we’re bffs =) but that’s not why I gave the 5 stars. It’s been about 4 years since my last visit and I still remember it like it was yesterday. The environment: retro, cozy and simple. The staff was mostly made up of family and close friends. Not sure if that has changed but they were always so friendly and hardworking. I loved that Mr. Johnson employed local high school students to help around the restaurant. Now overall, pizza is not my favorite, but I love Orlando’s! The ingredients are fresh and the pizza is baked to perfection, well in my opinion at least. The root beer and potato skins(or was it pizza skins?) are a must try. The salad bar offers a great variety. Sadly, during my visit I had to face the fact that I’m not a deep dish fan. I might have offended half of Chicago but I’m from LA. I like my pizza simple. pepperoni and sausage on thin crust for me! Next time you eat at Orlando’s, tell Mr. Johnson Myra sent you. He’ll know what you’re talking about.

This used to be a great place to take the kids out and save some money. Your kids could be obnoxious and loud and it was pretty much okayed by everyone in your presence. It has really fallen apart sense it was sold and I don’t remember when. The outside is and eye soar and the inside could use a generation update. The server could also use a personality class or two. It’s to bad that this inexpensive little place has changed and with the new pizza places that have opened in Geneva, I don’t see many people stopping in there to often.

On the east side of Geneva sits a lonely little pizza parlor called Orlando’s. Orlando’s has survived strip malls being erected and demolished all around it. As of last August, there’s mounds of demolision. Orlando’s reminds me of a smaller version of Aurellio’s in Homewood. The pizza is simple, thin and amazingly flavorful. The atmosphere is very simple and fairly quaint. It’s a good place to hang out after seeing a matinée and talking about the flick you just saw over some good ‘za and a beer. Why do people do dinner, then a movie? What if you end up in a food coma and fall asleep during the movie? Shouldn’t it be a movie, then dinner? That way you’re guaranteed something to talk about over your meal.
