Lady at the counter was nice. They got me in for an eye exam last minute. The dr gave me different contacts to try for couple weeks to see which ones work better. He is pretty busy. I never found any frames I like and they didn’t give me a prescription when I left. I forgot to ask so I’ll be going back for that. Over all it was a fine experience

Dr. Megan is awesome! Very professional, curteous & really listens to her patients. I have been going there for years & would recommend her to everyone!

Switched here for my recent appointment, very satisfied. Doctor and reception fantastic, listen to my eye concerns, tested and offered great insight to my needs. I tested contact suggestions for a week. Made a decision and everything is pwrf5ect. Highly recommend.

I am very impressed with the professionalism of the entire staff at this Pearle Vision location. My eye exams are always thorough. The glasses I selected fit great and the prescription is perfect.

Amazing experience! Dr. Tweed is great! I highly recommend this Pearle. The girl who helped me pick out my frames was super helpful as well.

So I needed new glasses and contacts
1. The eye Dr seemed disinterested and very rushed during my appointment and appeared to be very against coloured contacts which bugged me the entire time as that is what I wear. There was nothing sincere about him just very fake-​I felt super rushed.
2. Another occasion when I picked up my glasses this woman was trying on quite a few pairs and I guess didn’t purchase-​let me tell you that there was a gentleman who worked there that complained about this lady after she left and how he and this other woman who worked there spent 45 minutes with her and the woman didn’t even buy any glasses… do you imagine what they are saying about you? Wow I was shocked as they talked about her right on the floor loud enough so I could hear.
My glasses and contacts did come in rather quickly which I really think was the only bonus

Serious problems with our insurance… even though every other store we’ve ever been to has never been a problem. They essentially tried to block selling us glasses under our insurance (even though everything they sell is technically covered there). Several of the women working out front were extremely rude when they figured out we weren’t going to buy from them. Everything from pursed lips, to squinting, rolling, eyes. This isn’t how you treat customers.
The optometrist was nice and professional.

Doctors Megan and Michael Tweed and their staff are the best. Rather than rush you through a quick vision check, they take the time to do numerous tests and they carefully explain each one. One computer test takes a photo of the inside of your eye so that the health of the eye can be accurately determined. It is truly amazing technology. They keep the digital photos and compare them over time so that changes can be seen and investigated. I have a Choroidal Nevus, which is a freckle or mole on the inside of the eye. The doctors always take the time to show me the pictures from each year and explain what the pictures show. As long as Megan and Michael are in business, I won’t be going anywhere else.

First off, I want to say the people at this location are great. The doctors, the receptionists and glasses associates are all very helpful and provided great customer service, they get all three stars.
The issue here is that unlike my vision after leaving the pricing and policies are fuzzy. Like a ‘C’ or ‘G’ or maybe ‘O’ at the bottom of one of those vision tests, prices were not always what they seemed. I came for a simple contact fitting, but after they gave me a contact and glass prescription I decided to check out the glasses.
Here is the weird part, I had my appointment and was free to leave. But after I told them I wanted glasses they wanted to charge me a ‘Glasses Appointment’ fee as well. If I had left nothing would have happened, but they wanted to charge me another $ 25 for the same appointment because I was buying glasses, what?
Then the kicker, after I left and thought I was all finished and had ordered my much more expensive than I expected glasses I get a call. Two issues. One they needed to measure the distance between my eyes and could I come back? Second, they missed a random charge of $ 25 for rust coating or mirror tints or something.
I cancelled the order on the spot and asked them to mail me my prescriptions so I could get glasses elsewhere, which they did.
So after all is said and done, I feel like the guy in the movie ‘Fargo’ trying to buy a car without the $ 500 rust coating. Frustrated.
