very unprofessional is as simple as I can make it. I had paid for a small outpatient procedure and at first was pleased with the result until I got my bill. They added a ridiculous number of smaller charges that were never explained to me nor approved. When I nicely (at first) asked the business office people about the amounts a man all of a sudden got on the phone who represented him self as the Doctors business manager and promptly told me I was trying to take advantage of them and how dare I receive the benefit of their services and not pay. The funny part about this was I already had paid, I was simply explaining to the lady who picked up my call that these charges weren’t what I expected and then the man picked up. Later on someone in the office told me the guy was her husband.
Well, I’m not saying the Dr isn’t operating in compliance with some medical board or is skirting mal practice or anything. I’m just saying the place is unscrupulous and that guy, your husband is an _​_​_​. Your bill is paid, and this review is your thank you very much.
