The purpose of the Quality Control Academy courses is to prepare individuals for employment or to up grade their positions in the field of Quality Control/​Assurance.

Our technical training involves giving students the basic skills they need to perform their jobs. Technical training might involve showing a new quality engineer how statistical techniques are applied to your process, a new auditor how to conduct effective audits, or even a new supervisor how to manage employees.

The Quality Control Academy provides several courses that have proven to meet the general requirements of the Quality profession. However, your company may have special training needs, in that case, we can provide you the professional help needed to develop a custom training course.

Meet the Manager

Dr Peter M.

Manager

Dr. Mauch is the president of Mauch & Associates, Quality Advisory Services Genoa, IL. His experience in total quality program development and education span’s across a wide range of fields. Such as High-​Tech electronics, telecommunications, consumer electronics, data processing and plastic industries.

He holds a PhD in Total Quality Management, Masters in Science degree in Management, Bachelors of Art degree in Applied Behavioral Science including degrees in Data Processing and Business Management, along with Diploma’s in Calibration and Electronic Technology. In addition, he is a ASQC Certified Quality Engineer, Quality Auditor, and QAI certified Quality Analysis. Mr. Mauch is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE), Western Society of Engineers (WSE), Quality Assurance Institute (QAI), American Consultants League (ACL), American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), and Senior Member of the American Society for Quality Control (ASQC)
