A Yoga Practice is awesome! I was new to yoga and they were one of the only studios in the area that offer an 8 week beginner series. This was perfect! Also the instructor Hillary is absolutely AMAZING. It was definitely one of my best decisions. Also for being a new student you got 25% off the series which was great!
Every single time I go here I am welcomed into the studio and have a great time. Even in classes that are more challenging I completely feel as if I belong and am relaxed the whole time. No judgement here!
Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to something great! If you are brand new to yoga definitely check out the 8 week beginner series!

This yoga studio is excellent. It’s small: containing only a tiny office area, a single studio room, and a bathroom a few doors away, so the emphasis is on the yoga itself. What I like about it is that there’s a good variety of classes; the owner, Sylvie, is fantastic, but every teacher I’ve visited is great; and I especially appreciate that the teachers create a *real* experience of accepting where you’re at in your practice instead of making you subtly feel you’re not doing enough.
Finally, the prices are some of the most reasonable in the area and they have great a great summer special going on: $ 195 for three months of unlimited classes!
