My rule of thumb is to treat people the way I expect to be treated, As a business owner I roll this philosophy in to it. I have been repairing equipment since I was old enough to turn a wrench, while working for many big repair companies before I always thought I could start my own outfit to make a better profit and at the same time make it more affordable to my customers by keeping my Cost of doing business lower than bigger corporate type companies. Well ten years later I have succeeded in doing so. When my customers call for service I primarily am the man that shows up, Therefore I make sure the customers equipment is repaired properly safely and in budget. As the business owner/​technician I assure 100% satisfaction as my customers are the most important part of my company.
