Did a good job on my friends house, i was impressed by the quality and workmanship. Put into the project please continue to do work like this and you will go far !

We had Georgetown Fence and Deck construct a covered patio which included a stained concrete patio, cedar structure, metal roofing, stone fireplace and BBQ area. Kevin and his staff and subcontractors were all very professional and produced excellent work. There were a few aesthetic details that did not turn out as envisioned, but they were quickly corrected to our satisfaction.

John came to my home promptly to prepare a bid for a fence and had the bid in my hands the next day. I was very impressed with his professionalism, and the bid was very much in line. While I decided, ultimately, to go with another pet containment method, I wouldn’t hesitate to refer Georgetown Fence to anyone and I will also contact them when I am ready to add a patio and extended porch to my home.

We hired Georgetown Fence to build an outdoor sandstone patio. We had worked with several other vendors prior to meeting with Kevin with Georgetown Fence & Deck. Kevin arrived on time to meet and talk about the project. He provided a very competitive quote. We asked for a very aggressive completion date & the team was able to meet that date (actually finished a few days early). They did a great quality job, on time & for a competitive cost. Very professional.

Kevin was precessional and friendly while we designed our patio. They also take great pride in the work they do. Our patio is everything we dreamed of! We are extremely satisfied with this company!

They gave me an estimate on a custom fence that was too expensive, so I opted for a standard fence and the results are great.
My fence is solid and the amount of clearing they had to do was a huge part of the job.
They gave me an estimate, came out the following week and now I have a great backyard.

Had Kevin come out to give me an estimate on railings for my stairwells and deck area. He told me that he would contact me about with a quote. I told him I was getting another estimate and he seemed put off by this, and never sent me quote. Newsflash, if you’re giving someone a quote on a job that will cost several thousand dollars, you’re probably not the only one vying for the job. This is why people get estimates and don’t just hire you over the phone. So after waiting several days, I contacted Pro Fence, who were very nice and gave me a better price in the end.

We recently moved to an older home in Serenada and on our list of priorities was a fence for our dogs. We checked Unilocal and were impressed with all the good reviews on this business so we contacted Kevin. The reviews were spot on, Kevin immediately came out, gave us a reasonable quote. The next day, Sheryl called to schedule a time to start. They expected to take 3 days to build our ½ acre 6 ft cedar fence with galvanized posts. However, Sheryl called the day before to see if they could start early which was great. 2 ½ days later, we had a beautiful completed fence. Our neighbors have all complimented us on the fence, and our dogs love being able to full run of their yard. We highly recommend this company.

We used this company to install our Apollo Automatic Gate opener in our new house last year. We would definitely recommend them as their customer service is wonderful. We ran into some issues with the battery and every time they came out and addressed our concerns and got us functioning every time. Turns out the placement of the solar panel was not optimal so they switched the location and we have been good since. All this work was under their warranty and was very pleased with this family owned business. Hope to be buying an iron gate for our home from them soon.

This Unilocal is about a month overdue! Every time I pass by this business I remind myself to write a review that is so well deserved! We just recently moved so things have been busy but here it is!
My husband had gotten several quotes for our fence and Kevin’s was not only the least expensive one but he was able to start the job immediately which we needed. Kevin showed up at our home the day we were doing our inspection to give us a quote. He was very nice and we felt comfortable with him from the start.
We went into his business, put half down prior to him starting job. Without me knowing how great of a deal we were getting I ask my typical «can we get a military discount?» My husband was kicking me with his combat boot under the desk! Ha! But Kevin still honored that and knocked some money off :) I have no shame ;) We met his sweet wife and she was already working on scheduling a crew to come out ASAP and start the job.
The crew showed up on schedule every day and did an awesome job! We are very happy with our fence! All of our neighbors stop and comment on it. Everyone wants one like ours. We wish our HOA would let us hang a sign saying who installed it. We did have an issue with a sprinkler and called Kevin and he sent a guy over and took care of it.
If we ever need any fencing done in the future we will be calling Kevin. I recommend these guys! Crew was clean, respectful & fast! Even worked on a holiday to knock out the job!

Note: Formerly «Dave’s Fence.» Dave apparently sold the business to Kevin & Cheryl Clark and retired to Panama.
A recent storm knocked over a large section of our 18-​year old privacy fence. I called and spoke with Cheryl the next afternoon, and Kevin arrived to take measurements and give me a quote less than two hours after I called. His initial quote was more than I was willing to pay, but also specified a heavier-​duty fence than I had in mind, so we easily reached an agreement for a slightly different design that fit my budget and he left with a 50% deposit.
A crew of workers arrived the following morning before 8 a.m. They got the remains of the old fence removed and the new posts set in concrete before breaking for lunch and to let the concrete begin to cure, then hung the rails, picket, and gate in the afternoon. All told, they replaced just under 100 feet of 6-​foot privacy fence in about ten hours; not bad!
The quality of the work was very good (the fence is straight, posts are vertical, and rails slope evenly along the full length) except for a few pickets in one corner being cut too high above the ground, leaving too large a gap under the fence. I pointed this out to Kevin when he came by to collect the balance due, and he had a worker out to replace those pickets the following day.
